Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Great hotel in great location in Nha Trang We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental in Nha Trang. Directly opposite the beach and close to many restaurants and markets, it has a fantastic location on the main beach road. We stayed in a club room on floor 16 which had amazing views of the ocean and access to the Club Lounge on level 18. The breakfast buffet was first class and the seafood buffet for dinner was excellent value, with great entertainment. All the staff and the concierge services were first rate. The only downside was that the pool was freezing - I really think that it needs to be heated because for the whole 6 days we were there, it was just too cold to swim in, despite the air temperature being 28 degrees. The pool and the pool area look amazing - pity we couldn't enjoy it. It must also hurt the business at the pool bar, because it's just not a pleasant place to be. 28. Januar 2015
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Christmas in Nha Trang Although the city seems to be mainly for Russian Holidaymakers, this was not evident in the Hotel. The location is good as it is close to the sea, but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the beach. As a new Hotel of Marble,Glass and Steel it has large open spaces, plenty of natural light and an airy feel to it. I prefer the more classical lobby style with a warm cosy feeling, but for those who like "New" they will be very happy. All the common areas were nice, clean and modern. Our Ambassador status was recognised and we received the upgrade. We were given a full range of Hotel Club additional benefits which were welcome. The suite was excellent, being large, well presented with good amenities, but more storage space would be welcome for a longer stay. The lighting system was brilliant, especially for doing my make-up.The sea view was a slight exaggeration but the view of the pool, especially at night was great. We found the mattress to be a little hard and the pillows a bit too soft but this is again a personal preference. The Cook Book Café and in-room dining service were excellent. The adjoining Costa seafood restaurant has a canteen feel about it but the service was beyond reproach, be aware you cannot put your food bill on the room. The club lounge is comfortable, well presented and has great views. There is a good well equipped gym with friendly supervision on hand. The Hotel staff were constantly running about looking to assist you and the management were always checking to make your stay more comfortable. Thanks to the Guest Relations Manager for providing some extra little items, making our stay even more like home. Overall, well done! We would gladly recommend this hotel. 28. Januar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Very very good I just stayed one night at the Nah Trang Intercontinental and can honestly say the service was fantastic. The room was stunning with great views . The only couple of things which could have been improved, the pool was a bit chilly but to be fair it was cloudy. Secondly the speaker in the bathroom was faulty and the sound quality not great but I did not complain so no big deal really. 28. Januar 2015

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Attentive service, great location and view The hotel was lovely, and the overall service experience was what I would expect from Intercontinental Hotel. The view of the beach and Vinpearl Island was amazing. Definitely would stay here again whether it is for business or leisure. 21. Januar 2015
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by very nice hotel but customer service needs to improve very nice hotel with lots of potential but lacks attention to detail and individual service one can expect from a 5* resort of an international chain. some things can't be fixed anymore such as the structure of the building (pool area covered by shade from noon onwards due to it's beach facing location and the high rise buildings (amongst them the hotel itself), all other things can be fixed with more attention to detail in the service area and staff training. 10. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by 12 very nice days Is spent 12 days in Nha Trang and can confirm that the Intercontinental is the best Hotel there. Friendly staff who speaks good english (very seldom unfortunately in Vietnam), modern rooms with good wifi and bluetooth connection facilities. One negative: the price of the breakfast for someone like me staying 12 days: too much Location is very central. A memorable experience 6. Januar 2015
