Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 Good night's sleep I got in late after numerous flight delays. The shuttle was running to 1AM, which was pretty awesome on a Sunday night, so I didn't have to get a cab. I got to the hotel and the staff was friendly and courteous. It's really close to the airport and it is really close to my office so that's a bonus as well. When I got up to my room it was about 12:30AM Monday morning. I was pretty hungry after flight delays and such so I wanted to order some room service. Though the hotel purports to offer room service 24 hours a day, I tried 3 times between 12:30 and 1am to get a sandwich and no one ever answered the phone when I called room service. So I gave up, ate some peanut M&Ms from the bar in the room and went to sleep. It was the only low spot in my stay, but morning room service was OK so it wasn't worth taking off more than 1 star. 17. Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Good business hotel with good location in Tampa I stayed here on business for 5 full weeks over the course of about 2-3 months recently, and it was a good, not great, Intercontinental. The breakfast is done by Shula's steakhouse and if you can get a rate that includes breakfast (like booking 4 consecutive nights) this place is a no-brainer. The beds are comfy, the parking and internet is free, its close to to the airport, Tampa highways and St Pete. I had some inconsistencies between rooms with shower water pressure and A/C console, and avoid any rooms too close to the elevator which can get loud. As an IHG platinum member I didn't receive preferred bed type upon check in a couple times and never got a suite upgrade. 16. Dezember 2014

Bill telephone charge for call Intercontinental Internet technician 3. Extra charge US$40 for free breakfast, later reception, said that they include as Gravity for services. But since the breakfast is included, I pay gravity in cash, and clearly stated paid by cash The front desk lady is totally rude and when ask for the reason, she do not want to reply, and ask me to use my mobile to call her manager.
