I have asked in the past and to have my request placed on my profile I dislike immensely having a TV on the side where one has to permantly have the head turned and becomes very uncomfortable and I like to use the room and watch tv. We sometimes have dinner in our room. Why ask for details on personal profiles if they are not adhered to at the time of making the reservation and you state that there is a profile??? If you want a suggestion regarding sleep quality please have a pillow menu like other hotels of your calibre as a harder pillow would be nice. My other complaint, sorry, and I have mentioned before is the quality of the ironing boards they are shocking,and leave the mesh imprint on the article you iron. And yes we do need to iron clothes from the suit cases. Apart from those irritating little things we did have a good stay. Ps don't give me a side tv again thankyou 04 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great central Location For business purposes we attended a function at the Adelaide oval. Rushed for time the staff handled our check in promptly and organised our luggage to the room and valet parking of our car. The walk across the bridge to the Adelaide oval was breath taking with the views, well done Adelaide. The casino was a treat after the function with only a few minutes walk. A comfortable bed was welcomed and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning topped off a great night with many choices on offer. 28 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a pleasure to stay I really love this hotel. It is very friendly and staff are always smiling especially the guys doing the cars and luggage out the front. My only issue is the bacon at breakfast. Please cook it more. Other than this little issue, I will stay here again when next in Adelaide 27 August 2014
