Your hotel must have the most comfy beds in Adelaide. We really must acknowledge your wonderful staff, They truly go out of their way to make guests feel really welcome. Thanks again 11 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location, Excellent Staff, Beds and pillows need an upgrade Very friendly and polite staff always attentive to your needs. Very approachable and made our stay comfortable. Location is good in the heart of Adelaide city. 5 min walk from Adelaide oval and Rundle Mall. Hertz and Avis next door for easy car hiring. Opposite to the Balcony restaurant which has excellent stonegrill steak. Beds need an upgrade though. And especially the pillows. We slept ok due to exhaustion at the end of our busy days, but it could have been better without lumpy pillows or creaky beds. The bed covers also are too small for the beds. This is a minor detail however and would recommend this hotel. 09 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best bed, extra helpful staff My arrival was delayed by a large contingent arriving just ahead of me, but the staff saw my predicament with my taxi waiting in the road, and came to get me installed in the hotel quickly. My request for a different bed cover was dealt with immediately, hence I had the best night's sleep of my whole trip in this hotel. The hotel was ideally placed for both business and pleasure trips, and after some days in the outback it was good to treat myself to some little luxuries. The staff were always helpful, friendly and made one feel it was a pleasure to serve their customers. An extremely pleasant stay, and with an extra - a beautiful view of the whole of Adelaide. 09 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff made exceptional by staff local knowledge of area and dining ( and supporting great footy team) all staff from first person we spokt to at the door, at desk and even housekeeping lady saying hello and talking about local footy ( that we clearly on our way to) on our way past.. lovely. bed really confortable, so much so we even went and bought a new mattress that week 06 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and professioal staff Offered upgrade at higher cost but no regrets. Great view from room and close proximity to Club facilities. Dinner at Shiki Restaurant was exceptional. 03 July 2014
