    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A pleasant home away from home I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a first class hotel all the way. The views are excellent, other than some construction going on nearby. The rooms were comfortable. Included basic toiletries, with others available if needed. Comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, attentive to your needs, and helpful. Internet was free for IHG members. Good exercise room, although the posted hours were rather limited on the weekend. Really good buffet breakfast - excellent value. All in all, the visit far exceeded my expectations. 25 September 2014
    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Firstly all the staff were excellent. The hotel is a little tired and in need of a refurb, Coffee machines in club rooms would be a help and also some research into the quality and range of food being served in the Club Lounge. As it is not recommended to mention competitors, I would suggest a visit to the hotel by the same name in Melbourne and two other major chains in Sydney and Melbourne would assist to bring the Adelaide hotel in line with the quality of the staff already employed there. 24 September 2014
    Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Underperformed! It was my first visit to Adelaide in over 1 year and I was so disapointed. I made my reservation late so I expected somethings to not be quite right but too many things were not good enough. Firstly no upgrade and there were plenty of empty rooms. No amenity, I did call the fromt desk at 1.40 am when I arrived back at the hotel and I was invited to use mini bar items or an amenity could be delivered. As I was leaving early in the morning I was more interested in hotel servtce. There were several other things that were service related. In the past I have visited Adelaide often and unfortuneaty it seems that there has been a major loss of staff since I visited previously this has caused a large loss in service level for a hotel that I have previosly rated very highly. I do need to return today so I hope I can report there is some improvemnent. 24 September 2014
