Although this was my first stay at the Al Ahsa Intercontinental, the staff gave me a feeling that they knew me from before. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Warm welcoming, helpful and effective staff every time I visit Alhas i stay in this hotel and the most feature about it which i like is the staff attitude. Hotel staff are welcoming and treating me as the way Platinum Royal Ambassador should be and as promised. Reception staff and manager are very efficient and helpful as it usualy takes me less than two minutes to check-in because the assigned upgraded room and the room key are always ready when I arraive to the hotel, and flixible as per my needs. 08 July 2014

Every thing is great as a 5 stars hotel should be. 3 Points only: - Room was cold (yes it was during winter and A/C is OFF). - Internet access is not free as almost all hotels in KSA (staff offered it for free for us as we visited the place many times). - Price is a little bit high. 11 December 2013

The staff is always there to great me when I drive up, very friendly and helpful at the desk, and the bellboy sees me to my room and takes care of any incidental needs. The restaurant staff is great, catering to my needs and the Chef's omelets are great as well! Definitely take advantage of the fitness center, the saunas are great after a workout, and the fitness staff is very friendly. Overall, this hotel is a very nice, clean, and friendly environment to stay for business or pleasure. rg. 07 December 2013
