On 06/06/2014 night I couldn't sleep due to big marriage party, it was very noisy night so next day I waked up very tired.
Other that every thing was very good.

Excellence hotel, excellent staff the only problem i have is the amounts of points per night. I stay in your hotel for 16 days and i only acquired 2,000 for my next stay.

Just they have on bad points : there is no rent car office or service provided from hotel not like others in IHG .....

I enjoined most of the facilities at this unique hotel. Bed room, food, internet speed and room services were excellent and great. The combination of traditional and modern arcticture is wonderful.

What I like there that when problem happens they ask you for what you would like from us to do!! this is the right question before start solving an obstacle ... I have spent almost a long period of time in the hotel and had a pleasuent stay. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are usually clean and fully serviced. I really recomend this hotel as I will always stay here during my trips.

It is the InterContinental at the end, you can't complain :).
Every thing is great as a 5 stars hotel should be.
3 Points only:
- Room was cold (yes it was during winter and A/C is OFF).
- Internet access is not free as almost all hotels in KSA (staff offered it for free for us as we visited the place many times).
- Price is a little bit high.

I visit this hotel several times a year. The staff is always there to great me when I drive up, very friendly and helpful at the desk, and the bellboy sees me to my room and takes care of any incidental needs. The restaurant staff is great, catering to my needs and the Chef's omelets are great as well! Definitely take advantage of the fitness center, the saunas are great after a workout, and the fitness staff is very friendly. Overall, this hotel is a very nice, clean, and friendly environment to stay for business or pleasure. rg.

The Intercontinental Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia is not only one of the finest properties but also that it has maintained high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
The rooms are well appointed and the staff on attendance is well mannered and respective. The room service is perfect and those attending courteous and helpful.
You begin the day with the morning gym and the hotel has a lot to offer while I remained satiated with one of the many cross trainers. It is well appointed with the entire gym equipment !
The breakfast is yet another treat ! the most sumptuous breakfast on offer with over 100-odd items on offer , laid out for selection from continental to Arabic and Asian and what ever one could possible think ! You couldn't ask for more.
The multi cuisine restaurants have plenty to offer for lunch to dinner in addition to the wonderful lounge on the sixth floor for the business executives for work or leisure !
And nothing else you have the wonderful lobby lounge where one could while away virtually a whole day sipping coffee ! What a treat this this property !
Just keep it up !

Your room is small comparing with other hotels.
Your rate/price for the room is much higher than others.
Wireless/internet not free comparing with other ( shall be free )
