I feel like home and feeling secured. The employees of this hotel are very kind and professional while doing their duty. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keep up the Excellence The Intercontinental Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia is not only one of the finest properties but also that it has maintained high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The rooms are well appointed and the staff on attendance is well mannered and respective. The room service is perfect and those attending courteous and helpful. You begin the day with the morning gym and the hotel has a lot to offer while I remained satiated with one of the many cross trainers. It is well appointed with the entire gym equipment ! The breakfast is yet another treat ! the most sumptuous breakfast on offer with over 100-odd items on offer , laid out for selection from continental to Arabic and Asian and what ever one could possible think ! You couldn't ask for more. The multi cuisine restaurants have plenty to offer for lunch to dinner in addition to the wonderful lounge on the sixth floor for the business executives for work or leisure ! And nothing else you have the wonderful lobby lounge where one could while away virtually a whole day sipping coffee ! What a treat this this property ! Just keep it up ! 22 September 2013

A lot of meeting rooms make the hotel the ideal choice for conference or regular business meeting. Bustan restaurant is one of elegant restaurant in ahsa region with arabic style. The reception staff is very professional, thanks to manager Mr.Nasr he always welcome me in person . Hotel location , just a short drive to one of best mall in al ahsa (Othaim Mall) and walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping areas . 02 September 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Splendid Customer Service Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and eager to assist. Wish more hotels had staff that were as kind and efficient. Room was very comfortable and accommodating. I stayed during Ramadan so in keeping respect for the host country I ate in my room. The room service was terrific, staff went out of their way to provide a great meal experience. The only con I can think of is the internet was sporadic at best. Many times the internet would not work. Despite my calls to the desk, the technicians were not able to make it work. 18 August 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment I booked the romantic getaway package for my wedding night. And since I was a Gold Ambassador, I thought that would enhance my experience at that hotel. They upgraded my to the CLUB LEVEL floor, with banding me to use CLUB LOUNGE?!! So it was an upgrade through elevator floor number, that’s it. The food that was provided at the room for the package was lame, the cake was not covered, it was in an open plate for more than 14 Hours for my knowledge, it might be more than that. When I asked them to change it for me and that I won’t eat that one, they send someone to pick it up and later sent me a new cake… WOW. Nooooot, they sent me exactly the same disgusting cake that I’ve sent back the first time!!!!!!!!!! It was a bad experience. 15 July 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service i am a platinum priority club member used to stay in the hotel for the last 3 years as a regular customer one night per week , and since 3 years i didn't find a serious changes in the service or in the hotel facilities except increasing the rate of the room .. regarding the staff they are really friendly and good in communication i feel good in satying at the hotel but some notes to be considered as a crucial thing for the guest is that the signal of the mobile is very week inside the rooms and that make me feel uncomforted to be unreachable or afraid to have no signal ... looking forward to have good signals for the mobiles 01 May 2013
