Actually, the hotel provide good services and looking for better treatment for the customers who spend more days in hotel in the year., especially for the customers who have a membership.
Big thanks for Mr. Ahmed in the hotel reception for his good cooperation.
I always receive a good service in the hotel lounge and cooperation.
Currently, there is no competitor for the hotel in same city.

From the minute you walk in to the huge marble-floored lobby of this hotel, it is beautiful! There is no place in Jubail that can compare with this hotel and its services. They stay full or near full, so that speaks for itself. I ate breakfast & dinner there almost every day for 2 visits totaling 10 weeks - and I looked forward to every meal! Plenty of variety, fresh fruits, vegetables, many different meats & meat dishes, and great desserts.
Above all, I was so humbled by the servant-heart and attentiveness of everyone: the concierge staff, the food servers at Al Tuwayah, the health club staff, the young men who service the rooms, deliver clothes, newspapers, and assist with anything you need.
They have made room improvements and are doing overall renovations in one wing at a time. I can't wait to see what it looks like when I return!

Located at the industrial city.
Very close to factory.
Excellent hotel from.
Staff, service,room,quality ,location close to public beach, it has own Beach,Shopping center and nice club and cooperative staff.

I used to stay at intercontinental group hotels and always I'm satisfied especially when staying at the intercontintal hotel as I consider the best of the group hotels, but this time I was disappointed and not happy.. The rooms are too old , the bed is not comfortable, the service is bad, the club lounge to small....the hotels in badly need to be renovated and renewed.thnkx

It is really great to stay at interContinental Al Jubail, the room was nice and the amenities are perfect.
All the staf are friendly as i have requeusted an item and immidiately they came to my room and handover the item. Room is very clean and didnot imagine the whole concept of the room , relaxing and feel that you are in home.
Perfect destination and we enjoy a lot the Beach as we came on that private beach the breeze is realy refreshed you. Theres a small lagoon in the middle and a bar man that will serve you for any needs that you may require..

I have been staying at this hotel for over 8 years and in that time a lot of improvements have been made but the general outlook and everything else about this hotel speak OLD AGE....
Though efforts are underway to modernize but it is taking way too long and the quality of rooms that are on the older wing is suffering. The internet is too slow and a constant problem.
Saying all that I will only stay at this hotel in Jubail as it is amongst the best in this part of town. I am sure once refurbishments are done it will be quiet nice from inside but a small matter of doing something with the aging facade will pose new challenges!!!

In a word: Excellent. I stayed at the hotel for 6 weeks straight on business. Some key points beside what's listed above are; never was a piece of laundry lost or damaged, two light bulbs burned out and the A/C didn't work well, both only for a day. I did not report it, but the next day maintenance came and repaired both. It was reported by the housekeeping staff as part of their room cleaning checklist. I have never seen this in any hotel in the world. All staff were friendly and helpful. At times it was surreal, like the old days when people were proud of their job and wanted to do well. It did remind me of Japan where similar service occurs. I wasn't happy with the bed pillows, called housekeeping, they came with three other choices, one of which was perfect. This hotel takes extra effort to make one's stay comfortable...and for 6 weeks that's important. Excellent

I have stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. The moment I walked through the doors the staff met me with a smile, a hotel towel, and an instant upgrade. The room was great, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were very good. I had breakfast and ordered room service twice. The food was fresh and very tasty. I would defiantly go back to this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone going to that area.
