Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, old rooms getting very tired This is the hotel of choice in JUBAIL, unfortunately the new rooms and the club rooms were all taken. The suite was very tired and the bathroom facilities are not what you would expect from this grade of hotel, the shower was virtually unusable as only hot water was available. The club room is pleasant but very small and gets very busy. The restaurants are good. The beach facilities are pleasant but also getting tired, we wanted to eat at the beach and have Shisha but it was closed. I would recommend this a hotel but book early as it gets busy and many rooms are unavailable due to the current renovations. I look forward to trying a new room! 18 June 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service It was a good hotel for business traveler, visiting Jubail industrial city This time I was placed in a newly renovated room which was excellent. They have put TV and Phone System on VoIP which is good but TV channels were taking time when I was flipping through. This is again not a big issue and hopefully will be fixed by IC Jubail very soon. Other than that I am very satisfied with my stay at IC Jubail as before 17 June 2013

They have take inputs from previous stays and taken the criticism and made positive improvements based on that. I'm very impressed with their ability to do that and provide outstanding service. They are the only real hotel with service and security in the area. The management and staff deserve a big well done! 16 May 2013

Coming from Dubai the hotel is very old and compared to what I am used to here in the UAE, so I look forward to returing when the refurbishment is completed. The team at this hotel compensate for what the property does not offer, with their attention to detail, their welcoming attitude and rapport, it automatically becomes a home away from home. The food was excellent and I ordered room service from The Ranch restaurant and was delivered very efficiently, the food was excellent. I had only finished my meal and the phone was ringing in my room, it was the staff to check how was my steak. This is what i consider exceptional service, this level of service continued throughout my stay. Thank you and I look forwar to my next visit! 12 May 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff, Renovation Awaited I arrived very late at night but the check in clerk was as alert as someone working in the afternoon. The check in experience was smooth and efficient. Whilst the old rooms at this hotel, there are rooms being renovated and I have heard that they are excellent. I can't wait to stay there. I have no complaints over the room and the services of the hotel and I think the staff here are among the best staff I have found anywhere in the world. really good, attentive, knowlegeable staff. I had a problem with my internet connection in my room but the efforts the two technicians made were admirable and I was back online pretty quickly. 22 April 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay with an authentic experience I've stay a night at InterContinental Al Jubail hotel with my wife and really the experience that I have was really great, from room and the staff was up to my expectation. Room- its really comfortable and make feel that Im really in my house. Staff- they are eagerness to help and assist you in your needs F&B - variety of breakfast food is available in Al Tuwayah restaurant. Check in - no hustle at all, on time and quick Hope that someday i can visit and had an opportunity to stay again in the room. Great job...... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and Convenience I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and it has consistently delivered a superb level of comfort, security, attention and care from the staff over every detail and of course a convenient location close to my customers and local shops, unmatched by any hotel in the area. I always look forward to staying at this property in which I can relax after a long business day or, if necessary, continue conducting business with an ample desk, fast internet service and any other business conveniences that are difficult to find in other local hotels. The food at this hotel several restaurants is varied and full of flavor, the facilities are impeccably clean and tastefully decorated; after a nice dinner there is the rewarding sleep in a quiet environment where plush beds and the amenities complete the experience. I wish to extend my gratitude to all the wonderful staff at this hotel for always making me feel a home while visiting the property for business reasons, I look forward to experience the results of the great renovation effort presently underway there. 16 March 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by More than enough for a comfortable business trip Always my first choice for my business trips to Jubail industrial area. Being the only 5 star hotel around, management allowed itself to delay renovations for as long as possible. Mattresses are way too soft and can hurt your back if not used to them, the room feels old, wifi availability depends on whether you're close to a router or not, water from the tap looks a little to the blue side (chemicals?). Nevertheless, the staff are able to provide very good service and are very prompt and quick to respond to any request you make. Food is also above average but not what you would expect from a 5 star (food supply in Jubail to blame?). Finally, recognition for priority club and ambassador members is impeccable and you feel well treated during your stay. 27 January 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay I come frequently to Jubail for business purpose and Intercon hotel has always been my favorite hotel to stay when I'm in the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the service is instant. They also call back to check if everything is going well . I really enjoy the professionalism and help of the reception staff, it is the main reason why I prefer Intercon on the others hotel in Jubail: they are friendly and helpful, take immediate action whenever I faced an issue in my last 2 years stays in the hotel, and always greet you when you pass by in the morning or afternoon. Special thanks to Mr. Hazem for his great help and proper response in solving the water problem I faced in the shower in a previous stay a while ago, he kept calling to check if it resolved, then moved me to another room when he found out it will take some time ; helping me many time book for my next week stay when hotel is full and followed up until he find room availability, and always called and followed up to ensure all issues are resolved and I'm enjoying my stay, always doing the extra step that distinguish Intercon Hotels chain from others hotels service. The internet disconnected many times during first two days, but it was fixed. Other than that my stay was excellent, and the restaurant food quality and service is excellent. 23 January 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Old But Friendly The fabric of the hotel is old but the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. The pool are has been recently revamped and is much improved. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly. There are several in house eateries with varying quality and pricing. I find the rooms a bit noisy (background hum). The beach is a short walk and very good. There is a small mall 15 mins walk away but it is a taxi to any decent restaurants or shops 01 November 2012

First they gave me a room in area under renovation which was having an old furniture and bad location. Then they change the room to the new one however not as expected.
