Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Bad, The hotel management need immediately to address several issues - The concierge service is not up to expectation. When I asked them to recommend places to eat, their knowledge about the quality of food and restaurant ambiance was very poor. It was very obvious that their criteria was based on proximity not quality. - valet service was annoying. especially when there is an ongoing event at the hotel like wedding party. I had to wait more that 15 min to get my car. also i have to search for someone to take my car when i come to the hotel. this happen every time during the three days i stayed at the hotel. - SPA service was for sure not a five star. The masseuses are not experienced. For someone who knows a lot about massage, I can say that the staff was lacking the real knowledge about massage. Therefore, I would not call it massage, it is just rubbing with some bad strokes. 22 April 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tiny queen beds and no space in the room Unfortunately we booked two queen beds for my wife and 2 young daughters. the beds were tiny and we could not even fit to sleep. The room had no space at all except for the two beds and for the price we wre not pleased. These beds are not the same size as other Intercontinental Hotels in London Cleveland and Abu Dhabi. We were so disappointed. However on our return one week later we were upgraded to a king size suite with a roll away bed brought in that was roomy and made our return pleasant. The manager on our return handled everything with great dignity and saved the day for us. 16 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home WOW InterContinental has did it again; this hotel has always exceeded my expectations from it marvelous staff to its extraordinary services. This is my third stay at this great hotel and this is where I want to be where as they say this is my Home away from home. Staff were always attentive to my needs where they always anticipated my needs especially Obada,,,,etc. Thank you InterContinental Amman for making my stay an unforgettable one and will defiantly be coming back again and again. 14 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great respite in the city The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Amman. The staff and amenities were first rate. And a great central location too. We will definitely visit again. 07 April 2015
