Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Worst Spa Experience and Poor Customer Service
We had the worst spa experience here, the room was cold and they just used towels to cover and the lights didn't dim. They offered another spa service to compensate which was in a room which was appropriate for a massage, but overall the facilities were poor and the customer service by the management was terrible. We stayed two days and had two different reservations, they did not allow us to stay in the room past noon and we did not check in until later in the evening. It was overall terrible.

upon arrival and when i went to IHG desk, no one there and the desk only for decoration, we were checked 04 rooms for me at the front desk....to be honest they provided us with IHG gift as well as 2 vouchers for drinks.
the upgrade was for 2 rooms club as they indicated...its mostly normal rooms..
the club lounge didn't recognize the ambassador card i have and been refused to use the lounge....
breakfast quality very good but not enough staff to serve guests.
beach bars and restaurants were very good and pleasant staff.
housekeeping staff excellent.
swimming pool staff are very helpful and great.... they need more staff specially at the front office..we were granted only 2 rooms late check out and only up till 1400lt.

This is by far one of THE BEST InterContinental Resort Hotels I've stayed at! I would recommend this Resort to anyone!! Thank you!
