Weather

Atlanta's climate is temperate but Spring and Fall are the best times to visit . With year-round festivals, any time is a great time to visit the "A". The Summer months can, however be a bit steamy so pack accordingly.

WHAT TO PACK

Camera

With so many things to do and see, a camera is a must. From the penguins at the Aquarium to the fountains at Centennial Olympic Park, there's a potential photo opportunity around every corner.


Currency

Change some money - enough to cover airport incidentals and transportation to the hotel - before you leave home, so you can avoid the queues at the airport ATMs. There is an American Express Travel Office three blocks north of the InterContinental.
