Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Uncaring staff and poor value for the money My wife and I stayed at hotel and found that only one breakfast was provided for two people? The desk staff acted like "That's the way it is..." . Come on! The parking staff flat out lied about my car. Staff seemed anxious about getting a gratuity. Hallways were dirty. Equipment broken. So many things that should not happen in a high end hotel..... 28 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One word "Luxury" I felt like a queen upon entering the property. When I asked where the front desk was, no one was there to "point" me in the right direction, I was personally escorted by a beautiful and smiling Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead personnel member. Then the front desk hostess, I think her name was Vita. She made my day. Like seriously, by the time I received my keys we had shared similar stories about our moms and how much we adored them. I love happy people and it seems like this hotel is full of happy staff. Makes a world of difference. So clean, so calm and pleasent. A must stay for the discriminating traveler. 22 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sweet Sixteen Birthday Our birthday surprise setup was no4 complete until I made 2 phone calls to have the cake delivered (10 pm) Our room was cleaned and we did not get replacement towels We had an extra guest (insect) in our bathroom The best part 8f our stay was Ms Vera at the front desk . She was very professional and caring. 22 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Elegant Hotel Staff, Stay and Service was excellent. Had a problem with the drain in my bath tub. I called concierge to report the problem.. Maintenance rang my doorbell within 10 minutes. It took less than that to fix the problem. #HappyCamper 22 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just What we Needed Beautiful hotel, great staff and wonderful location. Beds were so comfortable and soft, nice size bathroom. My 2 cons were: no refrigerator space to put food from dinner or our drinks. On top of that, the ice machine on the 6th floor did not work. The second is, the price paid for a night, it would be nice to have a microwave to warm up things. All in all these things would not stop us from coming back!!! 22 October 2014
