Very Nice Hotel. Service is among the best we have stayed. Candis at the Front Desk was exceptional. Parking Charges for guests was an unexpected difference but great view from upper floors.

Staying here used to be an excellent experience. I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the last 6 years and do not understand what has changed. This year it was impossible to get service without begging. The gift shop was always closed when I need a drink, therefore I would go to the bar for a soda & would stand there 5 minutes before giving up on ever getting a soda. The hotel is still a excellent property, but the staff is not.

A+++ classy, comfortable, and close to everything. I will be a returning customer. Everything is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for...Top notch. I recommend the executive suite

I was invided to a baby shower to be held at the BIC on a Sunday, so my husband and I decided to make it a one night 'staycation'. Prior to my arrival I spoke with Reshma who was most pleasant and knowledgable about the site. She advised me of the ambassador program and her 'upsale' was the perfect blend of being informative and working towards 'closing the deal' without feeling pushy. I didn't take advantage of it yet, but because of her, it is definitely on my radar. Excellent customer service. Upon check-in, Tony greeted us with a smile and acknowledged me as an FHR guest. He explained all the included benefits and also told us about the different ammenities that the hotel has (ie spa and pool). As we settled into our room Ashley from room service provides us with more than ammenities. She came in with a smile and appropriate pleasantries. She was friendly and not stiff, but maintained impecable professionalism. Even when I messed with her about being from Michigan (GO BUCKS!). She wisely just said, I'm not really into sports, so I don't have any problems with Ohioans. lol. The next morning upon our arrival at brunch, Jay was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He made sure we were seated and attended to swiftly. Although his role was obviously supervisory/managerial he had team player written all over him (and his actions). Later that afternoon as we were setting up for the shower Jay was right there again, making sure we had everything that we needed while at the same time allowing the waitstaff to perform their jobs without hovering/micromanaging. I would without hesitation request his presence at ANY event that I would host at BIC. Finally, at check-out Vira closed our weekend out just as great as it started. She (of course) asked how was my stay and went on to compliment me by saying that I had a 'glow'. She chuckled and said, "I hope we did that". I'm not sure if it was the time we spent poolside, the delicious Jazz Hands with dinner, my perfectly made omlette at brunch, the festivities of the shower, or being able to view the beautiful Atlanta skyline from our room. Whatever it was, I am certain that Reshma, Tony, Ashley, Jay and Vira had more than a small hand to play in it! Thank you and I look forward to our return. -R. K.

I absolutely loved the suite.
The only suggestion I have is that there should be a personal refrigerator in the room along with a microwave.
The bathroom was amazing.
Otherwise, great hotel.

I stayed on the club level and have stayed several times in the past. This has been my favorite hotel in Atlanta and I will stay again but I have to say my room on the club level not only was tiny but it was connected to the suite and there was a wedding party staying there. It was noisy as well. We were woken up early Sunday and Saturday with noise from suite (which was understandable considering they were having a wedding) and the room was too small to easily get out of the left side of the bed. Our view was of a neighboring wall. So although I enjoyed the food and the staff was very nice I was disappointed in the room and would not accept the same room again. 2218.

I had been staying in this hotel for a year and a half alms every month for five nights, and everything is almost perfect, except the chairs in the room. The chairs are uncomfortable for working on it, they are back killers, and I need to spend a lot of time working on my room for presentation and projects, and it will be GREAT to have at least one chair made for working.
I stayed 4 nights in the Courtyard by Marriot in Buckhead last year, and of course the rooms were not as comfortable and nice as the Intercontinental ones, but GOD the chair were great to work, very office, back support chairs.
Please work in that.
