The hotel was wonderful, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the club level rooms, which also provide access to the club level lounge. Will stay here again, if in Atlanta! May 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of Ambassador Benefit I booked a last minute stay to avoid Friday traffic in Atlanta. The stay itself was very great but was very disappointed to return to my room after dinner and not have my complimentary fruit and water for being an Ambassador Member. Being a healthy eater, it was something i was looking forward to for a late night snack. May 12, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great rooms but noisy corridors I stayed with you for 2 nights on a business trip. Right from checkin to the room, everything was great. Except that I wake up around 1 a.m with corridor/adjacent noise of some guests staying on the same floor. I had to call twice to the front desk in half hour to get somebody from security to come and resolve this issue. It was hard to go back to sleep after the noise. My early morning meeting next day was no fun :( May 11, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Bad Experience When I arrived on Mon afternoon I was told that my reservation was for Tuesday and my check in was significantly delayed. The meeting planner at my Company confirmed that she made a 3 night reservation (Mon thru Wed) for me. I ordered room service on Tuesday morning and received a cold and over cooked Vegetable Omelet that was barely edible. The coffee machine in my room was also clogged and inoperable. On Tuesday evening when I returned to my room the key would not work. The front desk told me that their records had me checking out on Tuesday instead of Wednesday and so my room key was deactivated. This caused another 30 minute delay that prevented me from freshening up before going to a dinner engagement. I had to leave my briefcase with the Bell Captain and go directly to my dinner while the front desk attendant took forever to reactivate my key. I did not pick up my new key card until I returned from my dinner engagement. May 11, 2015
