Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TV My wie and I had a most enjoyable and culd not find fault except for the the outdated television receiver in our room. Nowdays one expects a receiver into which one can plugin a tablet or USB drive. This option has been available in other hotels in Bali and I would have thought that the intercontential would be up to speed. It may seem petty complaint but it is what expected nowdays 19 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bali Excellence a quick 4-night break with wife & 10 yo twins. As ambassador members we were upgraded to excellent suite accommodation. Club facilities and pool were exceptionally good. Dined at the Sunset Bar one night & Tepanyaki restaurant on another. Both Good. One minor issue may be the quality of the pillows. Not quite to IHG standard...perhaps time for change-over? Special thanks to Dewi, the Club Manager: -she goes out of her way to ensure her guests are comfortable, relaxed & hassle-free! Will return, definitelly 16 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected! I stayed 5 nights at Singaraja Duplex and I can say I satisfied in general. I heard that the resort is bit worn out, but the facility and room was better than expected. Couple of things better be improved. - Wine preparation at Ko restaurant; I had a Teppanyaki dinner at Ko restaurant, but I couldn't get the SAKE that I liked to have it with dinner. - Slow water drainage at the shower booth - It will be nice to have whiter towels - More selections for breakfast buffet I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Sarwa who is working at Sunset Beach Bar for his kind considerations on the tenderness issues on our steak. 16 November 2014

There are just some few points that were not perfekt: - The main swimming pool is quite small, and it is sometimes very full and loud. It is not possible to relax there. - A lot of loud small naughty children in the main swimming pool although there were a separate swimming pool for kids. I have anything against small children, I like them, but it was too much for us - two adults who just wanted to relax for some days. - Very low speed of service at breakfast: e.g. on one day, my ordered coffee comes 1 hour later! I have never experienced that service before! 16 November 2014

The Bali Resort is one of those memorable Intercontinental Hotels where culture and elegance pervade the rooms and the common areas. When one then adds the exemplary behavior of the staff in performing their tasks without hesitation and with impeccable efficiency one has all the ingredients for a great hotel. When one adds the beautiful Balinese location to the above qualities, one has a truly memorable hotel.. 15 November 2014
