Da muss sich was tun!
Seit meinen Aufenthalten in 2005 und 2006 haben sich Service und Qualität der gastronomischen und folkloristischen Leistungen deutlich verschlechtert, auch wenn der Gesamtaufenthalt noch im Bereich Gut anzusiedeln ist.
Die doch recht teuren Clubzimmer in Verbindung mit der Clublounge rechtfertigen den höheren Prei nicht(mehr).
Die Clubzimmer müssen dringen auf den heutigen stand gebracht werden.
Positiv verändert hat sich das Angebot und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Strandrestaurants.

I have stayed a number of times in Bali for business and the past couple trips I wouldn't trade the Intercontinental Bali Resort for anything. In fact, although a bit on the pricey end of the scale (for my Company Policy) even my Manager and VP are willing to approve the location due to the level of service, the professional attention by staff, the safety and security of the property, and the overall comfort of our stay. I welcome each trip to Bali with the knowledge that Intercontinental will be there to support my every need.

I give you my some of points which I found out during my stay at Intercontinental Bali ,as shown below.
1.The quality of your staff lack unity.
All of Staff working in pool-side area for club-room's customer,
they are well educated, have good attitude to all customer.
But many staff working in buildings has no unified greeting, smiling when we have met them, although Smiling in any time must be needed for people working for hotels .I think you should re-educate all of your staff.
2. I felt Club lounge not confortable and not valuable for our stay. We could not enjoy your system for club room customer.
My child wanted to have rice, nudle, soup, chicken and so on, but
there was only American breakfast at your club rounge. So every morning we took breakfast at restaurant near the main loby ,which was very busy and crowded. Not only my chid, but also many of Asian children like them. During Asian families stay at your club room, it is better for you to prepare some foods which Asian people like. I think this kind of care must be sutisfied, We call it " One to One Marketing".
And we used club lounge one time at afternoon tee-time. We expected good service like delicious cakes and tee, but nothing. We went out of the lounge 3minites after having coffee and juice.
I hope they would be helpful to Inter continental Bali.

We had a wonderful time and couldn't have ask for a more beautiful resort or island to be at. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort and would absolutely love to come visit again and stay here.

Overall this was one of our most relaxing and restful holidays with absolutely everything going right...from arrival at the air port to final departure.
Our only criticism is the increase of population and development in Bali as a whole over the last 10-15 years. It has become very chaotic and overwhelming chaos on the streets and all the stores, especially in areas like Ubud.
We feel that a lot of the old Bali charm has gone, however on the positive side, the over all people experience is still very much friendly and courteous.
Also a very big plus is the fact that a lot of the rubbish is being cleared...KEEP IT UP!

After a fantastic experience at this property in 2012, my wife and I returned in July 2014 for our anniversary. What we found was a very good hotel, but one that did not live up to our expectations set 2 years before. Staff was nice but not very helpful. Room upgrade promised was not available. Every little thing was just slightly less than the previous visit, from the breakfast to the condition of the room.

Once again my wife and I had wonderful experience staying at the Intercontinental. We love the location we love the large and beautifully kept gardens proximity to the beach and foremost the service and the friendliness of the staff, to us it's like coming back to an old friend.

I love the place so much. It's very relaxing. The service is excellent. My room was just across the Lounge it gave me access 24/7 to free drinks and snacks. Most of all I got my stay as a reward night from IHG. Thank you IHG for the complimentary night.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Selected Bali because of the hotel (other options were Hua Hin, Sanya, and Ko Samui) and extremely pleased with the choice. Club level is worth every penny. Staff offered extremely sincere appreciation for Platinum Ambassador level and for visiting Bali. This might be my favorite Intercontinental hotel.

The property has a heritage feel to it, yet very well-maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The wifi coverage is great and fast. Various dining options within the resort, and they're all great. The private beach is clean and nice.

Children can eat free lunch and dinner there.
In the Club lounge there is a Japanese-style breakfast.
But there is noJapanese-style at Jimbaran Garden.
Jimbaran Garden's Breakfast Variety is few.

The Sunset Bar and Grill next to the beach is an excellent place to have dinner. It is right next to the beach, the sunset view is spectacular, the food is very good and the price very reasonable. The surfing school attached to the resort is also an excellent place to learn surfing. The coach Rudi and his team are friendly, professional and always willing to help. The resort is very spacious with lots of comfortable sunbathing areas around the number of pools. The breakfast is also excellent. The quality of the food served in the few restaurants of the resort is very very good and the price is surprisingly reasonable. The staff is friendly. The overall experience was very satisfactory.

It was our 4th stay at the Bali Intercontinental in July, 2014 and once again it was a truly wonderful experience.
From the moment you check in and are provided that lovely refreshing chilled drink, the staff at the Intercontinental are always attentive and friendly. Every staff member greets you and with a smile everyone time you pass them throughout the entire stay.
As soon as we step into the foyer, we always instantly relax when we stay at the Intercontinental and any request we may have is always responded to by staff in a timely and courteous manner.
The kids love the breakfasts, the room, the pools, accessing the beach, and the gelato at Jimbarin Gardens.
It is our favourite holiday destination for our family and we hope to continue to enjoy the Bali Intercontinental Resort for many more vacations to come.

The resort grounds and swimming pools were amazing and great for children with the option to change to different locations to prevent boredom.
The grounds are well maintained and just beautiful to relax in and enjoy.
I would definately recommend this resort for a family holiday as there are lots of options for dining, swimming and leisure.

Our family always stay at Intercontinental Bali for the first few days every year we go for a vacation in Bali. Checking in at Intercontinental Bali is a bliss as we complete all the check in processes at one if the hotel's sofa/lounge.
Intercontinental Bali has the best landscape (green lush gardens with numerous ponds and fountain) and the nicest beachfront. This hotel has a traditional touch of Bali in every corner from the gardens to the bathrooms. It is also well located within walking distance to the famous Jimbaran Seafood restarurants (1 minute walk!). Mini markets for basic necessities are also available very close by.
Bella Singaraja Italian restaurant is also recommended for romantic (or family) dinner. We had a nice dinner there. We recommend to book the Singaraja rooms as they are very well located and has a nice daily drinks - refreshment throughout the day.
We surely enjoy staying at Intercontinental Bali and will be back for more soon.

Das Hauptanliegen von Zöliakie-Betroffenen ist ein umfassendes Frühstück, welches mehrere Brotsorten aufweisen darf. Zöliakie ist leider eine "Disposition" (keine eigentliche Krankheit), welche in den nächsten Jahren eine enorme Zunahme aufweisen wird. Gastronomie-Betriebe, welche sich auf diese Situation einstellen werden, dürften einen Wettbewerbsvorteil erfahren.
Im Intercontinental Bali ist man bereits vorbereitet, das Personal sehr engagiert, trotzdem besteht noch ein deutliches Optimierungspotential (mehrere Brotsorten, bessere Information des Küchenpersonals über die Zusammensetzung von Speisen etc.).
Der betroffene Kunde ist gehalten, sehr klar und deutlich sein Bedürfnis anzumelden und einzufordern!
