Fantastic first experience at IC Bali. Greeted very warmly as a Royal Ambassador and resort kindly extended the late check-out privilege to the other 2 rooms for my travel group. The welcome gifts (for all ladies) was also much appreciated. Spring for a club room! with multiple breakfast (venue) options, you'll be spoiled for choice. Not to mention the good selection (comparatively, on the island of Bali) of alcoholic beverages in the evening cocktail hours in the lounge.
Too bad I only had 3 days. would have liked to spend more time lazing/reading in one of the bale-bales by the club pool.

This was the best and most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, the grounds, the pool, the choice of restaurants and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and very happy we were extremely well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is truly one of the world's great resort hotels.......great facilities, genuinely warm Balinese service and attention to detail, especially the Club International facilities/privileges under the guidance of Guest Relations Director, A.A Joni and his staff, who will pull out all stops to ensure their guests enjoy a most memorable and satisfying stay.

Hotel room was disappointing. Rooms are dated and bed was hard. Pillows were flat and towels were thin, old and stained in some cases. Bathroom and room needed deep cleaning. The beach was dirty and not their private beach, disappointing to find when I got there. No beach chairs or service right on the beach
The one good review I will give is the staff. The people there were great and service was great, especially the Club lounge staff. Impressive that the staff knew our names throughout the resort.
For an IC, it did not live up to its brand. The property needs major renovation and improvements.

Whilst the raining season, the rain always passes quickly, refreshes, and creates great sense of wellness.
This is my second stay here. The Bukit Suites are incredible. Lot's to do. With the wind off the ocean, feels like you outside on a sunny day with the air conditioner blowing on you.
Very attentive staff with lots of great recommendations on things to do .

This is my first time to visited to Bali on vacation that I with my husband , we have had a good memory stay at the intercontinental resorts the period of time . there have a perfect amenities and a kind services especially the beach it is so beautiful and clean peaceful .it let me felt like back to our honeymoon I also like the different cultural from our country. many thanks and grateful I hope I 'll soon to visite Bali in the future and choose Intercontinental Resorts to stay again

Our room was very old and dated. Doors didn't shut, tv picture was bad, no drinkinging glasses downstairs, mini bar very expensive even charging fr tea. I would expect for this money that room was modern with modern facilities. Check in takes too long. Only ones there but took half hour even though room wasn't ready.

Spent 7 nights here in a beautiful Ulawatu suite that is part of the club intercontinental.Travelled with a nine year old which can be challenging, this was the perfect destination. Loved it from beginning to end. Lovely room, grounds and especially the staff, who are beyond helpful and charming. Will definitely be back. Very highly recommended. Something for everyone in this resort.
