Take the Rowe's Wharf water taxi from the airport bus - same one that takes you to the rental cars, just a different stop. Hotel is a five minute walk from the water taxi stop without any steps. National car rental is close as well (within 5 minute walk from the hotel) with much better rates than the airport without the surcharges if a car is needed - and no tunnels. Everything else about the hotel is great, including the ability to securely store your luggage after the early checkout when leaving the city later in the day. 14 October 2014
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good time, but... Have stayed at this hotel a number of times as a pleasant getaway for my wife and I. All prior experiences have been exceptional. The most recent stay however had some undue annoyances. My wife was flying into Logan and was told by hotel staff that a water taxi would bring her to the waterside entrance to the hotel. What she was not told was that the wait for the taxi would be over an hour, and once on-board the pilot told her he couldn't take her to the hotel and would be dropped off ten minutes away with all her luggage and would have to walk the rest of the way. If she had taken a taxi she would have been there in 10 to 15 minutes. She was exhausted when she arrived to the point our plans for the evening were cancelled. The room and staff were wonderful and efficient as always. The only other issue for all to be warned about if you have your car parked in the garage and you have a late check out, the garage will charge you $20+ dollars for any overage time from original checkout, regardless of the hotel's granting late checkout, as happened to me a couple of times before I asked why the disconnect between the garage and hotel. You will be charged the extra, so be forewarned. 14 October 2014
