There is nothing about the stay that would make me critical of the hotel, and would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Buenos Aires!

I am here for business once a week. This hotel is always welcoming and comfortable. They seem to be renovating as I have had rooms with hard wood floors and also had very old carpeting (dirty, worn out).
They also seem to be having wifi problems. Each floor has a different connection but some work and some do not. The room service menu is 24 hours and the menu is vast. The spa is wonderful and massage therapists are excellent.

Simplemente fabuloso, un lugar muy cómodo donde te reciben con calidez y calidad, convenientemente ubicado ya que está muy cerca de lugares de diversión, show de tangos y de Puerto Madero donde encuentras restoranes maravillosos.

Acabo de pasar unas noches en el hotel, el que en general está bastante bueno y bien ubicado.
Hay dos cosas que deberían mejorar, la primera de ellas se refiere al uso de internet, recibí una tarjeta para solo dos dispositivos y no se me ofreció ninguna opción para más dispositivos, lo que era mi caso.
Por otro lado encuentro inconcebible que haya que pagar extra por el uso del gimnasio, el costo del hotel debería cubrirlo, este hecho me hace pensar si debo volver o no al mismo hotel

I teach leaders how to build relationships and influence people. What I don't teach is what the staff at this hotel does so well. Remember my name and something about me as an individual. Martin was super when he greeted me at the hotel entrance, as I stepped out of the taxi, remembering my name from my last visit over 8 months ago! I felt immediately welcomed.
And this level of service is apparent throughout the hotel, whether in the Banquet area (Debora, our Banquet waitress was superb during our 2-day seminar), Room Service or in the Spa.
I have just two small suggestions: the cord on my iron was too short to be able to use. And the spa needs some work in the wet area: rusting light fixtures, a little sad and neglected maintenance-wise.
Other than these two small items, thanks for exemplifying great hotel service!

The hotel is excellent and all of the staff are excellent. The concierge personnel were extremely helpful in setting up tours and recommending restaurants. The doorman and bell captains were very courteous in assisting us. Restaurant waiters and waitresses were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The front desk personnel are likewise most helpful. The housekeeping crew was very good. I don't want to mention names because there were so many people who treated us well. This is an outstanding hotel. I've stayed at Intercontinental hotels in Singapore, Jakarta, Jerusalem, Pakistan, Warsaw, and Dallas. They are all good but this is one of the best.
