Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel and outstanding service. Great hotel, the only downside would be that they need to install power outlets by the beds since virtually everyone nowadays charge their smart phone by the bed. 27 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by inconsistent standard My first stay was alright. Not high standard though (I was expecting may be too much considering the Intercontinental hotels reputation worldwide) but my second stay two weeks later left me with a bitter taste. Room was not clean ( stains on carpet, pouch, etc) the paper on the wall was peeling off.... surprizingly the price of the bottle of water increase from 66 to 80 pesos in just 14 days.... no sleepers, no bathrobe. Really disapointed. Restaurant however was still fine with delicious and juicy rib eye! This did not make my day anyway and I may not consider booking again in this hotel unless I'm obliged to! Not a good experience overall. Location is not bad but there are some areas nearby that I would avoid especcialy at night or over sundays. 27 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paid Wifi-Rude receptionist Room Wifi costs from $10 to $15 a day depending on the speed you select. A receptionist was rude and lied to us over the phone to make us check out quickly. 19 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A MOST PLEASANT HOTEL My first time to stay ---at first all requests were met with a NO or NOT POSSIBLE by the checkin staff. Later some one got more mellow and windows rather than doors opened.!!!!! The rooms are normal in size with excellent toiletries. Internet was a constant problem especially on using IPHONEs. the Executive lounge is very small and generally no more than 8 people were ever there. The biggest problem for me is the location--clearly at night--it is best to take a taxi--by day i felt much more secure. I really expected the reception team to be more POSITIVE to try to lure more people to their hotel from the other major groups based purely on the Intercons location--by Upgrading guests more to Exec floors/lounge---. Buenos Aires has some wonderful hotels --there is such a great choice and every time i visit this city--it is a real joy. 17 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is wonderful everytime I visit the InterContinental, Buenos Aires I am so happy my stay is at this hotel. the location is very central, rooms-although sometimes not as clean as I would like (carpets mainly), but the staff....is over the top excellant! You must have the best training and hiring. the staff is very knowledgable of the city, very accommodating and helpful. They always go above and beyond. 14 January 2015
