Very bad experience, staff are not helpful. One department will say something and another will deny total knowledge. I do not recommend them to business visitors. Totally unreliable.

Check in was terrible and very slow ignoring that mostly people comes from travel and want a quick check in , although the selected room type was superior nile view , they gave me a very far room ignoring my request to have a room near the elevator and in a high floor .

At Semiramis you just feel like home, everybody is friendly and just want to offer services and help especially at the restaurants. They have good food and perfect service.

Excellent stay, excellent service, a comfortable environment with everything I could ever need on my business trips. A five-star experience, definitely. The 18th floor club lounge is particularly pleasant, with very attentive staff. Congratulations on a wonderful Cairo facility...!

My first ever trip to Cairo Egypt was enhanced with the first positive impression upon entering the Semiramis entrance, after a long hot dusty day out in Giza Pyramid. First feeling was "this is where I am going to get a good rest". And it did turn out that way, good ambience, nice background music, efficient check in, effective handling of the lugguage. The bright big smiles from the doorman and all those security guards monitoring the entrance/security check were great signs of welcomes. Room was decent, view of the Nile was great, comfortable bed, ample toilet amenities.
Though it is an older facility, it is well maintained. Some modernization may be helpful but it is still very much decent, sufficient, of great feeling as it is.
The unusual experience is the locked refrigerator but it could be the norm in Egypt to lock or seal it but that does not bother the overall experience of the stay.
4 days 3 nights there were more than a good representation of Egypt and its other aspects, well presented and of a good experience and memory.

The staff at the hotel could not be better, from the reception, to executive club staff, everyone was genuinely warm-hearted and try to offer the best service they can.
I highly recommend the hotel and highly praise their staff.
