Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded expectations Immediately recognized as Ambassador and checked in by concierge. Booked two rooms and each were outstanding. Pool, bar and club lounge were excellent. Highly attentive staff throughout hotel. Adolfo the concierge, arranged for us to return our rental car locally rather than the airport, thus making our departure more convenient. We visit Cancun each year and from now on will stay at this hotel. 31 May 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELENTE Desde la llegada nos recibieron en la mesa de miembros Ambassador con una agradable bienvenida por parte del ejecutivo así como la gerente, ambos finísimas personas. El cuarto excelente con vista a la playa y alberca. En el cuarto nos esperaba fruta y agua de bienvenida y por ser nuestro aniversario recibimos de cortesía una botella de vino blanco espumoso y fresas cubiertas de chocolate. La playa en sin duda una de las mejores en cuanto al tipo de arena, agua, palapas, toallas. La comida en los restaurantes en muy buena, la amabilidad de los meseros se nota y se agradece. El único punto para mi gusto que es una área de oportunidad para mejorar en lo referente a la comida es un platillo típico de la región Tacos de Cochinita Pibil la verdad es que si no lo pueden servir bien es preferible eliminarlo del menú. En general la experiencia fue excelente y muy recomendable. 22 May 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by UNBELIEVEABLY GREAT SERVICE Every year my sister and I spend 18 days at this hotel. We were made to feel like princesses from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted with hugs and kisses from everyone starting with the doormen. The concierge made a guest room available to us until the cleaning of our room was finished and took care of details such as dinner reservations and answered any questions which we had. Even the Manager, who remembered us from our previous stay, came out to greet us. We both had colds, and one of the Chefs that remembered us from previous stays, made sure that the soup delivered to us by Room Service was hot. He even sent us a plate of mangos with strawberries because he knew we liked it so much. When the gardener saw us walking to the pool, he would grab our towels and beach bags and carry them for us. The staff could not do enough to make our stay at the hotel an enjoyable vacation. We truly look upon the Presidente Cancun Resort Hotel as our second home and of course will return there again. We feel so comfortable there and we also feel very safe. 20 May 2014

Que si bien de principio no se nos otorgo la habitacion que nos hubiera gustado por la ocasion, de inmediato se encontro la mejor manera de cambiarnos, de una manera muy servicial. Nos atendio su compañero de Equipo, Salvador y en todo momento estubo pendiente de cualquier necesidad que solicitaramos asi como a su seguimiento. De igual manera agradecer al personal de Barra dentro de la Alberca, en las toallas, el servicio a la habitacion, la limpieza del cuarto, el resto de los elementos del Lobby, etc. Gracias, exito y buen dia!!! 19 May 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Vacaciones de reposo Tuve la oportunidad de estar recientemente hospedado con mis padres, quienes son personas de edad y nos quedamos con una muy agradable satisfacción y agradecimiento, principalmente por el profesionalismo, atenciones y amabilidad del grupo de colaboradores que laboran con ustedes, las comodidades que brindan sus instalaciones, su ubicación en la playa y como lo comento mi madre en la pequeña carta de agradecimiento que tuvieron a bien ver, el trato tan atento que tuvo la Srita. Sharim para con ellos que los hizo sentir como en casa. Finalmente reciban de parte de mis padres y mio nuestras felicitaciones por contar con tan excelente equipo de mandamos nuestros saludos respetuosos y nuestros deseos de poder estar nuevamente visitándolos en tan bello lugar. 19 May 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Indian wedding at the Presidente! We came to the Presidente Intercontinental for my brother's wedding from 4/23- 4/27/14. We had looked at many other resorts for hosting this special event, but Presidente Intercontinental was definitely the right choice! It was beautiful, clean, friendly, and great food! Other resorts are all inclusive, and the food is made in too large quantity and not fresh. At the Intercontinental Presidente, all the food was prepared fresh for our guests, and they accommodated vegetarians and food allergies, so nice of them! Other resorts dont have a true, full white sand beach like Presidente Intercontinental does. At this resort, there was more than enough room to have a beautiful ceremony! Also, the quality of water is exceptional here! the water is bright blue, with no seaweed, and made our pictures look like we are on the perfect paradise escape! The rooms are spacious and clean, and dont smell like ocean water as many other cancun resorts smell like. The staff at this resort is sooo nice! Everyone was willing to help and make sure our guests were treated like family. Angie, our hotel wedding representative, worked so well with Joss, our wedding coordinator. When our family didnt have time to check the details, Angie and Joss made sure everything was perfect! Our guests said they had never seen such a well organized event, night after night! The poolside event was festively lit up, and the Garden dance party was in the perfect location, and the indoor reception looked beautiful! Nathalie, the general manager, took the time to talk to our family multiple times! I have never seen the general manager of a large resort take the time and effort to make sure that the bridal party had a special place to get ready and the couple had the best accommodations possible on their special wedding night. She took the time to make everything perfect, and always did it with a smile! We are so glad we chose Presidente Intercontinental for our special wedding event! I recommend this resort without hesitation for anyone looking to have a wedding, and especially if you are looking for a place to host an Indian Wedding, put this place as #1 on your list! It is perfect in every way possible. Our guests still havent stopped talking about how much fun they had in the pool, at the Tequila bar, at the poolside restaurant/bar, and how nice the staff are at the Presidente! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Me gusto mucho. Premeto que soy italiano y el espanol no es mi idioma principal. Me he quedado en el hotel desde el 6 hasta el 11 de mayo. Tambien si no he podido disfrutar todas las instalaciones del hotel, mi estancia fue muy muy agreable. En particular me encantaron la disponibilidad y la atencion del personal todo, la alberca llamada de relax, la playa es la mas bonita che consigui en Cancun y bien en la Riviera... Pero todos los servicios fueron de alta qualidad. Espero regresar a este hotel lo mas antes posible, y siempre se estare en Cancun me quedare alli. Un cordial saludo a todos. Corrado 13 May 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Una excelente experiencia El personal de hotel es un gran equipo humano que me hicieron sentir realmente alguien en el hotel y no solamente un huésped más, todos se entregaron apasionadamente para hacerme sentir bien y esto mismo pude ver que era igual para todos los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son excelentes, tuve oportunidad de estar en las habitaciones remodeladas las cuales quedaron magnificas y con esa vista expectacular al hermoso mar realmente las hacen únicas en Cancún. Definitivamente espero volver pronto a ese gran hotel y volver a disfrutar esa gran experiencia. 12 May 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Surprise after surprise The kindness and attention of the hotel team was remarkable since my arrival with my wife at the hotel. Recognized as an IHG Rewards Program members, we were kindly welcomed by the manager and later on by the general manager herself, who told us about an upgrade on our room choice. That was really a surprise, even greater when my wife and I got to the "room" assigned to us. That was great! What an upgrade! Beside this, surprises continued as we looked through the glass doors leading to the balcony, showing the Cancun's ocean view, of spectacular beauty. The accomodation's facilities were great, including the useful wi-fi connection offered free of charge for those IHG Rewards Program members. Among other advantages, the housekeeping was perfect. Our stay was enhanced in well being by efficiency and seriouness of the staff, committed to offer guests the best service. From all, let me namely refer to Ana, who we constantly met at the two excellent restaurants in the premises and during early evenings "happy hours" promoted by the hotel on the floor we have stayed in, as well as Roberto, the beach attendant who took care of us by the sea. Let me also mention the quality of the food served in the restaurants, of international level with a taste of Mexico, as well as the snacks and drinks at the beach. Regardless the upgrade we had, I strongly recommend this hotel to all those who visit Cancun. 12 May 2014

El hotel fue remodelado y la habitación que me asignaron está increíble... la modernidad de las habitaciones, el detalle del baño con vidrio es genial y con una vista increíble. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Servicio y atencio Excelente de parte del Personal y Gerente General La atencion del personal y el Gerente General fue excelente durante mi estadia que desde el momento que llegue fui recibido como un Top Ejecutivo que quiere ser recibido cuando uno llega de un viaje largo. Desde el momento de la entrada al hotel, el portero y los bell boys lo reciben a uno como si fuera un Ministro o Embajador ! La recepcion inmediatamente me reconocio por mi nombre y fui reconocido como miembro Elite del IHG Rewards program que es vital para un ejecutivo que viaja globalmente. Las comodidades de la habitacion, la vista al mar, la ubicacion del hotel es uno de los mejores en Cancun como la limpieza de mi habitacion diaramente fue espetacular ya que la housekeeping del hotel saben dejar una habitacion bien limpia y agradable. El servicio y el personal en los restaurantes y bar durante mi estadia fue lo que me llamo la atencion debido que al atendimiento y servicio del personal fue unos de los mas cordiales y atenciosos que he tenido en mis viajes de negocios! Nota 10!! El hotel ofrece la mejor playa y visita al mar de Cancun y eso nadie lo tiene en Cancun! Ojjala pudieramos tener este tipo de gente en otros paises que se necesita el ejemplo de estos empleados del hotel. La internet o wifi que es ofrecido gratis cuando uno es un miembro del IHG Rewards Program es una herramienta muy util para los negocios y funciono sin ningun problema de conectividad. La comida que pude disfrutar en los restaurantes durante mi estadia fue de una calidad excelente debido al reconocimiento mundial de la cocina internacional que los hoteles Intercontinental Presidente ofrece a sus huespedes! Yo recomiendo este hotel a cualquier persona que venga de negocios o de placer ya que tiene todo para ofrecer lo que un huesped necesita en sus viajes! 11 May 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful beach, even better staff Yes, the Presidente has the best beach in Cancun. The hotel is located next to a residential area + thus is more quiet + secluded than the other hotels. The beach area is large, the water is calmer. If you need to stray from your beach chair you can take a sailboat ride with Paul, a genial local sailor who can be found on the beach most days. The staff really defines this hotel. Many of them have been with the hotel for a very long time. For example, Francisco + Benjamin have been at the front entrance for over 30 years. Bernardo + Martiniano, beach + sometimes restaurant waiters, provide outstanding service. We met these employees on our first visit in 2002 + they continue to amaze us with their hospitality. Adolfo + Salvadore of the concierge staff gave us warm welcomes + assisted us many times. We are treated like friends from everyone, from the clubroom staff to Jesus at Cana Brava and the el Caribeno personnel. Our last visit was in March of this year, and was so great, we are returning this May. We credit the entire hotel staff in their efforts to make guests feels so welcome. 10 May 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable & Relaxing This was my second trip to this hotel and the hotel out did themselves for the second time! The hotel beach and pool areas was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends. The hotel team was always very friendly and helpful no matter what our question or need might have been during our stay. And you have to try the chips & guacamole it is incredible, fresh and the perfect snack while by the pool or on the beach under a cabana! We had breakfast each morning on the club level where the hotel offered a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and cooked to order omelets perfect start to the day! I can't wait to go back again and stay longer than 2 days! Great job team Intercontinental Presidente Cancun Resort !!!!! 10 May 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Una estancia perfecta En verdad los quiero felicitar por haber hecho que mi estancia fuera perfecta en todos los sentidos. Desde la llegada hasta el final de la estancia todo el personal se caracteriza por una singular amabilidad; desde quien da la bienvenida, el registro y check out fue ágil, los meseros, room service, camarista, entre otros como el personal de limpieza en área públicas. Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado, la habitación con una limpieza impecable. Por ser miembro del programa IHG Rewards Club me tuvieron detalles en la habitación y un pavo real muy simpático hecho con una toalla. Conozco bastante bien Cancún y pueda dar fe que el hotel Presidente InterContinental tiene la mejor playa de la zona y sus restaurantes son de estupenda calidad. Me hubiera gustado poder disfrutar más! Gracias a todos por haber hecho de mi estancia una experiencia perfecta. 09 May 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tried to over-charge, poor service Didn't have parents room ready at check-in, offered drink tickets (they don't drink). Had trouble charging bill at restaurant to room - this took a call to front desk and wasted my time to sort out. Had to cancel a better rate with breakfast because it was listed as smoking - it is a non-smoking hotel. Way over charged when I went to check-out - more than double for just the room rate. This process took a long time to sort out, and the staff was unprofessional - even making me email my original reservation so they could simply match what I have reserved. This caused me to miss breakfast with my elderly parents dealing with the very unfortunate situation that should have *never* occurred. Wrote IHG Customer Care to complain and I am unsatisfied with their response. I will not stay at this hotel again. If it was one or two issues, fine - I understand that not every stay at a hotel is perfect. But there were multiple issues that were unacceptable and the staff did not resolve in a timely manner and were very rude. I will say that some of the wait staff were good. But the front desk staff in general were not - they lacked basic custom service skills. Easy to see why this is no longer a AAA 4 diamond hotel. The front desk staff seemed to do the bare minimum, and could not even do this properly. Stayed May 2014, traveled with family 08 May 2014

From the bell boys Freddie, Antonio, Bernardo and the others, sorry for my poor memory but they are all amazing and friendly. They all call me Sr. Pacquiao because I come from the Philippines originally. Best regards to Eleazar, Guztavo, Martiniano the front desk clerks for their friendly service. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends to stay here whenever they visit Cancun. Belated happy birthday also to the big boss Amazing Natalie Urban. LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL FUE MUY MALA. EL ASEO DE LOS CUARTOS LO HACIAN A LAS 3:00 PM Y EL SABADO TUVE QUE IR A HABLAR CON LA GERENTE PARA QUE HICIERAN LA LIMPIEZA.. EL COLMO EL DIA DE MI SALIDA ME ENCONTRE CON LA GERENTE Y ME DICE OYE TENIAS ANOCHE UNA CENA GRATIS TE ENVIE UN CORREO Y COMO YA NO TE VI... JAJAJA SE VE QUE LES INTERESA UNO COMO CLIENTE CON ESAS ACTITUDES. PARA REMATAR COMENTA PUES YA NO PUEDO HACER NADA PORQUE YA TE VAS YA CASI PARA SUBIR AL TAXI.. Right upon arrival, Adolfo immediately recognized our Platinum Elite status and check us in personally at the concierge desk ! Unfortunately they could not accommodate us to the Club level ocean view rooms, which I was really looking forward to. The beach is great, nice wide white sand.. not crowded, great service. Some suggestions for improvement. Meal service could be better. Only one place was open when we arrived with limited menu. Charge for in room coffee packs after first night? really? Elevator wasn't working for 5 mins when we were trying to checkout at 4.30 in the morning. 30 April 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店感觉有点旧,但是性价比还不错。 酒店正面看有点旧,不过房间还不错可能是重新装修过。预定的海景房白金卡升级到海景套房,不过套房的楼层都很低。酒店清洁员工非常友好。性价比很高,走路十分钟到坎昆的夜市区很热闹。唯一不愉快的是在酒店忘了一个放在洗手台上的戒指,后来发邮件问酒店说清洁人员也没看见。 30 April 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, very nice beach We really enjoyed our romantic 4 day trip here. The food was delicious! Highly recommend the guacamole and the breakfast buffet was very good each day. Lunch by the lounge chairs was great too. The private beach was very nice, and not too crowded. We had a leak in our room from the adjacent room and when maintenance was called they came up immediately, and when speaking with the front desk, they offered to upgrade our room at no charge the following day. They were accommodating to our needs with the minor leak issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would return if I make it back to Cancun! 28 April 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best cost quality relation Me and my wife stayed at intercontinental cancun for a couple of days attending a conference. The price quality of this property is outstanding. Much better than many other hotels in the cancun area. Wonderful sandy beach, new appointed room with many electronic controls and a beautiful view to the blue ocean. Comunications with other atractions in the zona hotelera is very easy and unexpensive using the clean and fast public bus service. Stops are right in front of the hotel. 24 April 2014
