Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not so happy The first thing that really bothered me was that I made reservations for 2 rooms, under the same name, and when we got there the rooms were on diffrent floors. Why would I reserve 2 rooms and not want them close togeather? The billing drove me crazy. First my credit card was billed $289.00 more than the resevation cost,needed to call for a refund. Also our friends were charged for an extra person staying in their room, not the case. What gives. 28 February 2014

From faulty room keys, non-functioning door locks, to water pouring from the bathroom ceiling light and vent, there were a whole series of things that went astray 28 February 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 rude desk staff and room with a jet engine air handling system I spoke with the front desk on three separate occasions I found them rude and impatient. The room had an HVAC unit that was louder than a 747 at full throttle on the run way 26 February 2014

As a matter of fact, many have been there for years and I have gotten to know them during my annual visits. Very convenient location and very affordable. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago area. 25 February 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor quality our stay was to say the least poor. from no phone in room to poor staff interaction as a frequent traveler i would not recommend this property. No availability of staff by phone and required to use cell phone and later put on hold for 5 minutes. no room service menu or concierge assistance either 22 February 2014
