Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 重庆洲际之旅 酒店大堂还是不错,但是大堂咖啡吧有点陈旧了!前台接待很热情,房间整体环境部错,因为本人住在37楼,3707的主卧卫生间有点小,而且地漏不是很好,一旦有水,会渗入到房间外的地毯。37楼的行政酒廊还行,但是沙发不是很舒服!虽然对行政楼的客人免费但是吃的东西还是不多! 15 August 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 非常不滿意 白金會員用獎勵住宿入住,所有的福利統統沒有,房間沒有Wi-Fi,電梯其慢無比,房間的冷氣時好時壞,當然更沒有早餐,本來要住5晚的,實在受不了,住兩晚就逃之夭夭了,結果沒住的三晚,居然不還我的點數,還厚的臉皮當做沒發生過,除了地點好以外,真是一無是處!!! 08 August 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 地段不错! 酒店地处中心地带,临解放碑步行街,周边吃喝玩乐购物都很方便,卫生间很大,床有点太软了,非常方便!酒店一共6部电梯,等待时间稍长!酒店有些年限了,走廊地毯及部分家具显得有些旧!免房没有待遇,不升级! 19 July 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4-weeks-stay Like usual I choose the Intercontinental for my business stay in Chongqing and like usual I wasn't disappointed regarding my choose. If you like to have "a home far away from your home", then choose the club floor with club lounge access. During my this stay anew I got the confirmation that all the stuff at club floor lounge did there very best to give all customers the very nice feeling to be welcome and part of a big family. The stuff supported/ fixed all problems and requests I had during my stay in a very professional way. The room was nice, " very big" (upgrade regarding my Platinum membership level) and every time clean, which means the housekeeping did a good job. Worth mention are the doorman's which were every time friendly and especially helpful regarding picking up a taxi (sometimes not easy). In general the hotel is in a perfect location directly downtown, so you are able to reach all important areas easily by walk (shopping, Restaurants, sightseeing, bars, pups and clubbing). For me, the Intercontinental Hotel will be still my first choice when I am on business trip in Chongqing and I highly recommend this hotel regarding my experience. 17 July 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BEST HOTEL IN CHONGQING!! What a truly wonderful place to stay! An Oasis amidst all the hustle and bustle of Jiefangbei! From the moment you step into this hotel you feel like you've entered into a different world. Great staff, great service, tastefully decorated modern rooms, wonderful bed, nice rainforest shower, soft towels and bath robe. Good choice of TV channels, best buffet breakfast in Chongqing. Staff very attentive and helpful. All I could ever want in a hotel. 08 June 2013

We had a late night check in with an early departure, so had little time to experience the hotel, but the lobby bar was pleasant, if not as nice as other ICs. Good bar staff! 07 June 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 总体不错,性价比高 酒店位置处于中心商务区,购物、交通、餐饮都很方便。员工比较热情,素质不错。对优悦会会员礼遇也不错。早餐还行。卧具很赞,睡眠质量高。酒店舍施确实有相对老旧的问题,但在能接受范围内。 但酒店洗浴备品太差,不符合洲际定位。 CO的时候账单有问题,不过前台比较好地解决了。 27 May 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bad service behaviour when I checked out, the hotel system had problem, so they can not give me my receipt. I asked them to mail the receipt to me. When I received the receipt, i found that I need pay the mail fee! I think I have no reason to cover the cost because of their system problem! 18 May 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience It was our first trip to Chongqing and did not know where to stay. We are extremely glad we chose the Intercontinental as it is in a great location, the service was excellent, give the Chinese restaurant a try, the food was fabulous and very reasonably priced. Pay the extra money and get the club lounge, definitely worth it and the food was great. Our room was the largest I have ever stayed in, it even had two bathrooms. Sharon the GM and Ray the assistant manager topped off our trip with very personnel service. During a tour we were unable to communicate with the driver so I made a call to Ray and he translated for us. He went out of his way to make it memorable. Would highly recommend the hotel. I discovered this while during the breakfast a staff girl told me I did not have right to have it at 37th floor and I should have use normal breakfast location. Means poor attention to recurrent customer as I am Check im complicated with a traineeship girl with tortuous English. Internet connection really not satisfactory. Too slow 25 April 2013

Slow check-in/out - only 2-3 counters not enough to provide fast service when tour group arrives. 3. Buggy billing system - requested for electronic bill twice but never receive. 4. Useless orchid petals as welcome gift - a small chocolate/biscuit or mascott doll will be more appreciated. 19 April 2013

Staying in a suite, the rooms were very well appointed with flat screens in the livingroom and bedrooms, comfortable beds, high-speed internet and good baths and seperate showers in the bathrooms. I prefer to stay at Intercontinental Club Floor, so that I'm able to have access to the Club Floor Lounge. The stuff which are responsible to the Lounge allways gave me the feeling to be special and very wellcome - also the service is 5 star. The rooms are very nice, big and every time clean. The location is perfect and directly in downtown Chongqing, so that's easy to find some location's to spend the time after work at early night. 11 February 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst "I" hotel in intercontinental family The worst intercontinentel lounge I have ever visited. Not one of ,just the worst. The facility is just like a four star hotel,The lobby,the lounge size,the swimming pool, ok, that' not the fault of management. But it seems that saving money maybe is the unique issue of the management. As a Royal Ambassardor, I visited this hotel's executive lounge three times, but what make me strange is that there is nothing and nothing and nothing every every time ,and all of the employee work in lounge think it's normal. I suggest the management need to arrange some training for his employees, "How to take care and make satisfied of customer". 29 November 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service is NOT synonymous with the Intercontinental Hotel Group This was my wife and my FIRST visit to Chongqing, and the impression the Intercontinental Chongqing has given me was a VERY BAD ONE. Here is a summary of the issues I have during my stay at the Intercontinental Chongqing:- 1) Receptionist servicing me during check-in was OKAY - I would say GOOD. However, all other services like concierge, housekeeping were VERY SLOW in their response. It took housekeeping 30 minutes or more to respond to my request. 2) On my SECOND DAY of stay, I was LOCKED OUT of my room. I am very upset with this, and the EXCUSE given to me was that the door lock is faulty. I just don't buy this EXCUSE. 3) Intercontinental Chongqing is NOT an International Hotel. I asked for a multiple-plug extension cable SPECIFICALLY stating that my electrical plugs are those use in Hong Kong and Singapore (flat 3-pin plug). Despite my VERY CLEAR instruction, housekeeping sent me an extension cable with the SLANTED 2-pin plug that is used in China. Housekeeping sent the extension cable to my room THREE TIMES and still did not get it right. I was so upset that I told them - DON'T BOTHER. Intercontinental Chongqing is certainly NOT SYNONYMOUS with the Intercontinental Hotel Group which I am used to. 14 November 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 非常满意 酒店位置非常不错,对会员态度也很不错。白金卡也升了级到club房,33楼,房间很大,浴室也很大,床也巨大。也许是前一晚住的是锦绣城智选有很大对比吧。不过唯一小的东西就是电视机。 感觉早餐和武汉晴川假日差不多。 前台以及整个前厅部态度都非常好。 08 November 2012

My room was incredibly comfortable (especially that wonderful bed!), and I love the rain forest shower and large, soft bath towels. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 给重庆洲际的几点建议 对于此次的重庆洲际体验整体很一般,和我理想中的洲际相差很大,不知是否受大假客流的影响。这里提几点建议: 1、入住办理:我原本是“优悦会”会员在网上办理的预定,前台工作人员仍让我填写个人资料,希望注册会员。该信息在系统中应该有显示才对! 2、在预定房间时已注明需要婴儿床,结果到房间没有。工作人员告诉我需要到LG楼层去取,让我办理好入住手续后,因为婴儿床的事情还要在等20分中才可以外出。我认为这个时应该事前准备好,否则预定就毫无意义! 3、由于酒店的使用有6-7年(工作人员口述),硬件设备总的来说很陈旧。不一一列举,说一个明显的:空调的出风口声音很大,尽管开到最小的档位。非常影响老年人的睡眠。希望能做好相关维护! 4、入住该酒店,没有任何会员礼遇。 以上仅为个人建议,供参考! 07 October 2012
