    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 总体来说还是不错 客房服务中心响应速度稍微有点慢,下午退房只延迟到两点,还好我上午出去办事的时候问了一下,酒店应该提前问一下,再确定退房时间。浴室地巾很厚,可以将浴室渗出来的水充分吸收。床很舒服,就是地毯应该换一下了,有一股味道。其他的都还OK,下次还会选择的。 24 July 2014
    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 服务不太满意 由于当时航班晚点所以就让朋友帮我预约了房间,我去的时候穿着比较随意,一个运动短裤还有运动上衣,当我到达了酒店门口没有人开门也没有迎宾,可能我不像客人,我就自己开门走进大厅,直接去往前台,有两名接待人员,没有与我打招呼,我是等了一下,我想太困了赶紧办入住,我就主动与他们打招呼,并且告知我朋友在网上帮我预定了房间,很快办理完。在办理入住的时候我要求不要靠近电梯的!!!!前台人员告知我我们是环形的都一样,还用那种瞧不起的眼神与语气,我想算了赶紧睡觉吧,我没住过五星级酒店可能人家服务就这样,心想还如不住香格里拉或者丽兹卡尔顿呢,也许我的穿着打扮不怎么样,办完入住之后,我不知道怎么才能到达电梯也没有人指引,只是告诉我在那边!!!好吧忍了,到了之后我发现我的房间就是离电梯最近的,我还特意绕了一下,果然我担心的事情发生了,在下去跟他理论?算了没必要对于这种酒店服务已经很高了,没必要在较真了以后告知我所有员工朋友以后到重庆没必要住这个“七星级”酒店了 22 July 2014
    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 床垫过于软,枕头太软 应该为客人准备一套软枕头,一套硬枕头 厕所马桶很有问题 办理的会员卡在退房当时并没有拿到,现在也没有人联系我关于会员卡事宜 酒店早餐服务有待提高,咖啡送得不及时 早餐的整体质量没有达到五星级标准 酒店礼宾服务不佳,离开时,没有专人帮忙叫计程车 还要客人自己走去马路上自己拦截 22 July 2014
