Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by High price, not worth it. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to Cleveland Clinic. I expected to have unlimited wireless internet and a TV guide! I couldnt find the complimentary breakfast or the complimentary drinks. Front desk staff were not busy when I arrived but quickly moved me on my way. It was obvious to me they werent interested in explaining or showing me where anything was. The alarm clock didnt work either!. I figured if they couldnt be bothered to show me where the breakfast would be served or where the complimentary drinks were, they sure wouldnt fix the clock. So disappointing. 28 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay and fitness center I recently stayed here this past weekend and loved it. The fitness center is large for hotel standards and has all the right equipment. The room service staff were amazing. The reception who answers the phone was very, very nice each time I ordered (dinner and breakfast) and the porter who delivered was really nice and attentive. I loved the stay and will stay again if ever in the area. 27 August 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice facility, but hopelessly mismanaged Came to this hotel because of a full and stressful week at the Cleveland Clinic. Sadly, we were captive to our needing the convenience of being right on "campus". Most of the staff here cannot listen to the simplest of requests such as ordering breakfast or requesting bell service for luggage transport upon departure. They gave conflicting answers to a simple question about the restaurant from which one orders room service. The housekeeping staff (and I use the term loosely) had not cleaned the bathroom floor prior to arrival (too graphic for here), and only upon our final room check before departure did we see the garbage under the bed. If you want fresh soap in the bathroom the next day, you will have to ask for it at the front desk because housekeeping won't do it. When I say ask the front desk, you will have to 1) go downstairs, 2) wait in line, and 3) ask a real person because your calls down there will get answered, but then go unattended. Finally, be sure to check your bill. Our room charge was more than what Cleveland Clinic had printed on its monthly rate sheet for hotels in the area. 26 August 2014

It was a wonderful place to stay and So convenient to the hospital. The bathroom was actually Very luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone At the hotel & hospital was very helpful & friendly. 23 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm and Personable Staff Incredibly, the entire staff succeeded in keeping everything calm and kind -- an achievement when one is staying there during a major surgery, and is extremely stressed. The staff in both restaurants, in the hotel, and even the wonderful woman whom I spoke with each evening to request an early wake-up call, who said she was praying for us. Oh, my.... 21 August 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unacceptable noise We stayed for 3 weeks due to my husband needing heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He needed time in the room during the day to rest and recover. This was impossible as the staff cleaning and servicing the room constantly let the doors bang shut on their latch with no regard of how loud and intrusive this noise was for guests in their rooms. This is an expensive hotel and this is level of noise was unacceptable. Despite raising this with the management of the hotel and politely asking the people servicing the rooms to please take more care to reduce the constant loud banging of doors slamming, nothing changed. As we checked out the reception said that the manager had wanted to speak with us on this matter - we had been there 3 weeks with plenty of time for him/her to contact us, but s/he made no contact. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable. We have stayed in hotels all over the world for business and leisure and have never experienced this level of intrusive noise. What was most annoying was that it is avoidable with some staff training and door wedges to hold the doors open while servicing. Simply putting the latch on and letting them bang shut constantly was completely unacceptable and this made an already difficult time for us personally into a very stressful 3 weeks. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to spend any time in your room during the day. 20 August 2014

Due to my husband seeing Doctors whose offices are easily accessible to the skyway we have chosen to stay at this particular hotel. The service was wonderful and our room was clean and comfortable. I had to request to be moved from the first room given to us due to my husbands inability of walking very far. The staff was very kind to accommodate us. Thank you. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by close to Cleveland Clinic apointment sites I like that I can walk to most of my appointments at the Cleveland Clinic, but the cost is very high considering that I usually only sleep in the room. I like the Transplant rate, but it is still high for a person with as many medical bills as I and other transplant patients have. 09 August 2014

The bathroom was Gorgeous, and we loved all the extras!!! So nice for both of us to be able to get ready at the same time and not be in each others way!!! Robe felt amazing after my shower!!! For not much more money we got to stay in a place that really felt like a real hotel instead of some road-side, off-the-shelf brand that serves hockey-puck danishes and watery coffee for breakfast. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful refurbishing! The friendly front desk clerk told us it was our 20th stay here! We always feel welcomed from the time we drive up until we leave. The entire staff is exceptional & always willing to go an extra step to make our stay a good experience. We were surprised to enter a beautifully refurbished room! It is sleek & modern & well- planned for any traveler. The access to Cleveland Clinic from the hotel is so well designed. Everything is connected and you can just leave your car parked the entire time. I highly recommend this hotel! 06 August 2014

The service and staff were exceptional--especially those in the Club Lounge--and the hallways, rooms and lobbies were immaculate. It is obvious that this is a well managed hotel that is focused on first rate service and constant attention to customer expectations. The entire hotel was open, appealing and exceptionally appointed. The rooms were large and bright and provided exceptional views of the city. The beds and linens were of the finest quality and they provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for a long and restful sleep. The dining experience at Table 45 was outstanding in service, taste and atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel as your first choice in Cleveland 05 August 2014
