Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Overall, it was a good stay, and we were in town to visit the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. The staff were friendly and attentive, no complaints with the service. Our biggest issue was that our bed was too soft which made for a terrible night sleep. Also, the in room bath room appeared clean enough, but the ceiling/wall vents were caked in dust which made us wonder about attention to detail. As mentioned before, it was good stay. 26 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleveland My stay at the Intercontinental Suites in Cleveland was just wonderful. This hotel was my best hotel experience ever. I had the opportunity to spend almost two weeks there and enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff is excellent and more than willing to help you with any situation. The room is excellent and the food was more than I had expected. If I ever have to go back to Cleveland again, I will be staying there again. The room staff helped us with any additional needs and they were extremely friendly. 26 March 2015

To reiterate, we were very pleased with the staff whose names I listed earlier as well as the facilities, suite, linens, room comfort etc. We were there under stressful circumstances as I had to have open heart surgery while there. InterContinental made our stay very, very pleasant. Thank you 22 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff at front desk/dining room Some were very friendly and some were efficient but cold and unsmiling Dining room decor was uninviting as compared to Table 45 at the Intercontinental conference center. Dinner was just OK but service was great. Breakfast was of average quality and a few of the chafing dishes were almost empty. The restaurant was never even half full. 14 March 2015
