From reservations, to the front desk personnel, and on to housekeeping; what a professional group of employees. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, and room service was superb. Your concierge was extremely helpful; what a people person. I am due for a return visit and will certainly plan to stay with you! 24 March 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Super convenient and super nice staff This was our 3rd stay in last month due to surgery at the Clinic. This hotel is at a great location for being at the Clinic. The Cleveland Clinic shuttle picks you up almost as soon as you get to the lobby and takes you to anywhere on the hospital campus...excellent transportation service. Hotel is very nice with good size rooms that are very clean and comfortable except for a poor heating and cooling system that makes it hard to regulate the room temperature. The rooms are suites and they provide plenty of room for 2 people , but I think would get a little crowded for a family, but certainly would be much better than a non-suite style hotel.The front desk staff, concierge , and house keeping staff are all very efficient and friendly. The rooms have small refrigerators and a microwave, so you can bring your own food and stay for an extended stay. Note that there are no plates or silverware provided, so bring your own. Also note that this hotel has no soda or snack machines and no place to buy any type of basic foods or snacks, so again if you want soda, snacks, milk, etc... You must bring it with you. The only type of parking is the valet service which is $16 a day which is a little steep , but it is very convenient and quick to get your car when you are ready to leave. We like this hotel and will continue to stay here since it is so convenient for going to the Clinic and the staff is very accommodating. 17 March 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT Hotel BAD Area This was the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in! I am a residential cleaning lady and I notice all the messy stuff but I couldn't find anything here. The staff were all very nice. I wasn't happy about the ONLY valet parking but because the area just a few blocks away is so bad I see why they have it. I would not venture past the 2 block radius of the hotel if your walking. Very nice hotel though. 12 March 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable and Convenient to the Clinic My son and I stayed at your hotel when I was in Cleveland in January for my pre-surgery testing and the convenience of the shuttle in the winter is wonderful. It was below zero and snowing most of the time. It was perfect to have a suite since I was staying with my son. It was great to be able to take the shuttle to the Clinic at 4:45 AM the day of my surgery and to be discharged back to the hotel by using the shuttle again. All of this made life easier for my family. Family members stayed over a week in a suite while I was hospitalized, it was very easy for them to visit me often. They were very comfortable in the suite and it was imperative that we have two bedrooms. Your hotel worked out perfectly. The food in the dining rom was outstanding! I was also able to use a wheelchair after my surgery for a day. I was so happy that I had an opportunity to stay at the hotel prior to my surgery so when my family came I knew I had selected the best place for them; they were very happy. THANK YOU! 10 March 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large comfortable room;convenient to Cleveland Clinic The hotel room was very large with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. An microwave and small fridge in the room was a plus. The room also had a nice desk and two large windows. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A Cleveland Clinic shuttle stopped right at the front door of the hotel and made it unnecessary to rent a car for our 3 day visit to the clinic. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient and had reasonably priced ,tasty food. We will stay there again on our return trips to Cleveland. 07 March 2014

We would highly recommend if you plan any lenghly stay. Hotel was convenience to hospital and suite was very comfortable. Plus staff very friendly and accommodating. 07 March 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel with mechanical deficiencies Staff was ever so nice and helpful. Nice, well appointed, and clean room. This was our second stay since we are at the clinic for procedures and both times, we got a room with things that did not work....this time, refrigerator did not work and staff brought us a working one so our food wouldn't spoil. Toilet water ran and ran and we needed to continually jiggle the flush handle to stop the water from running and the A.C worked but not well. No matter how we adjusted the thermostat the room would not get cooler tan 74 degrees which is about 6 degrees too warm for a good nights sleep. It appears that this was a GREAT hotel very , very convenient to Cleveland Clinic that is showing wear and tear and needs maintenance. I question how mechanical staff don't see these issues before people check in and get them repaired? 01 March 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in Cleveland This hotel was a great find for us- we stayed recently to visit our daughter. We got a great price on the room, and upon arriving found out that it was actually a suite! Plenty of room to stretch out in the living area, terrific king bed, wonderful shower, and quiet atmosphere all combined to make our stay an excellent one. You do have to pay for parking, but that is the norm in Cleveland. The valet service was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel- great value for the money! 12 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, friendly staff, great rooms!! Love this hotel. We always stay here when we come for our cancer check-ups! The staff is friendly, the suites are very spacious and clean, and a Cleveland Clinic courtesy shuttle picks you up at the front door of the hotel and takes to you all of the locations at the Cleveland Clinic. It is within walking distance to the clinic, but with a lot of snow, the shuttle is a great choice! All suites have a small refrigerator, microwave, cabinet storage, coffee maker, sink and a small lighted counter area. The windows open which I enjoy for some fresh air! There is a television in the bedroom and in the living room. There is also a sofabed, and a table and chairs in the living room area. The only downside we experienced is there in no longer a hotel shuttle to take you within 3 miles of the hotel for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was a great perk that we really missed on this trip! Also, a load of laundry is about $9 which is outrageous for people who are staying there for an extended period of time. Overall, we will stay there again. 10 February 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place but not where we thought we booked Everything about this hotel was great, except for 2 items. No one was at the front desk and no bell to ring when we tried to check out about 6:30 a.m. We waited maybe 10 minutes and finally someone appeared. More importantly, the booking was confusing. I thought I was booking the Intercontinental Hotel on the Cleveland Clinic Campus, by the Crile Building, which would have been right in the center of all my appointments that day. Instead this was up the street a little way and we had to take our car or shuttle. When booking online, this one is called Intertcontinental Suites Hotel and the other is Intercontinental Hotel. Names should more clearly define the hotel. 08 February 2014

I refer to these stays as my "mini vacations". Service, rooms, staff, food, are all great and with shuttle service to the hospital - what more could I ask for. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Cleveland Clinic Heart Surgery Stay My family flew from PA to the Cleveland Clinic and decided to stay here due to the very close proximity to the hospital, and because of the exceptional shuttle service provided within the hospital grounds. On an earlier visit for my Dad's pre-surgery appts./tests, we had stayed at another one of the local hotels that offer their own shuttle service to the hospital. Although that hotel and it's service were nice; because of my father's age and nature of his heart surgery we felt we needed to be as close as possible to the hospital. Looking back this was the BEST DECISION we ever could have made. My father's surgery went fantastic but because of his age he had a very difficult recovery and lengthy hospital stay. Being so close to the hospital, allowed us to stay with my Dad late into the night sometimes even into the early morning hours and still have a ride back to our hotel even after the shuttle service hours had ended. Since my Mom is nearly blind I found the helpfulness of the staff and the timely shuttle service to be a great stress reliever. I could actually stay at the hospital with my Dad and put my Mom on the shuttle from the hospital and know she would arrive safely back at the hotel, and also know that the staff would help her out once she arrived. This became my home away from home for awhile. Having a small kitchenette allowed us to have some of the comforts of home, especially after long hospital days, it was comforting to have our hotel so close. Another plus was the nice hot water in the showers and the comfortable beds when you're exhausted from a day of hospital fatigue. Another small delight my Mom and I looked forward to everyday was the refreshing fruit water in the hotel lobby. So simple but so good! Also, the staff was so helpful when I learned that because of my Dad's condition we couldn't leave on the scheduled departure date. I was so worried that we would possibly have to change to a different hotel; but it turned out to be no worry at all, in fact the staff extended my stay for 2 1/2 weeks longer. What a relief!!! (Turned out we only need 1 1/2 of those weeks.) My whole experience with this hotel was above and beyond. I am a "clean freak" and this place is CLEAN!!! All of that said, if your loved one is having heart surgery and you want to be close by, at a CLEAN hotel this is the place to stay. Hats off to all the staff and also the lovely ladies who do such a fine job at cleaning the rooms and were always so pleasant. Cheryl L. 05 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ease and Nearness for Clinic Visit We had a two night stay at ICH Suites on Euclid since my husband had out-patient surgery at the Clinic and a follow-up visit early the next morning. Our suite was excellent. We enjoyed the very comfortable bed, little kitchen and all the rest! The location was so convenient with easy access to the shuttle. The restaurant was convenient for dinner the night of our arrival. Our waitress was efficient and hard-working and friendly. The concierge was helpful and friendly too. All in all, I think if we return, we will select your hotel again. We of course, would welcome a lower cost!! Thanks for a great visit. 26 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay I think the InterContinental Suites is the best place to stay if you are going to the Cleveland Clinic or vacationing in the area. I like the hotel, the food and the services. The only complaint that I have is with the WiFi service. The standard WiFi that is offered for free is, so slow it is useless to do business on a computer or to read using a tablet. They want to charge an additional $12.95/day for their premium WiFi high speed service. This type of WiFi charge has been fazed out for about five years. I am surprise as the InterContinental Suites is own and operated by the Cleveland Clinic, which offer super high speed WiFi internet service throughout their property for free. I think Cleveland Clinic should do the same at there hotels for FREE. 25 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent accommodations and superb staff and service We were guests while a family member was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. At such a stressful time, the hotel and staff were an oasis of calm and serenity. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. From the time the valet took our car upon arrival until our check-out a week later, every need was met. I cannot stress enough how calming this environment is. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I will return to this hotel for a weekend getaway. It is that lovely. 25 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room for home away from home My mother and I stayed in the suites for more room and a essential like you would need outside of being away from home. We had stayed at the conference center two weeks prior to this stay and found out would needed a microwave so we could make some meals instead of the expense of eating out or calling room service. It was so expensive for one week and it was not a vacation. We liked the suites and we will be returning to use them again. Thank you for having such a nice place home away from home. 02 January 2014

They also have a iron and ironing board for your wrinkled clothes. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit. 16 December 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good experience The staff is effective, courteous and friendly. The hotel is VERY attractive with well-designed rooms and very comfortable beds. It is a soothing environment. The valet parking could not be made more convenient. I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to spend a night or nights near the Cleveland Clinic. You are paying a lot, but you are getting a lot. In circumstances that might be pretty stressful, you are providing yourself with conveniences and an environment that removes many potential sources of stress. 05 December 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best customer service * I thought for the price, I should have been able to have a late checkout, even one hour would have helped, as I had a Dr's appt. at the Cleveland Clinic at 11am and I needed a little later than 12noon for a checkout, they only gave me an option of $50 for late checkout or join their club for $200. Not good options for me at the time. *Also, I saw a lady nicely ask for change for $100, she was a customer and she was abruptly told NO. I understand if there is a policy to not have cash behind the counter, but it would have been nice if it was explained a little better. No bedside manner so to speak. 03 December 2013

This year alone I stayed here about 12 times. Last year my wife and I were here for about 5 months and spent over $ 20,000 between hotel and restaurant. I am a IGH priority club member. Now I have to find another place to stay. I am sorry that this relationship has to end, we have gotton to know some of the people there. 29 November 2013

She had her husband and daughter with her, they had a great dinner and the staff were very accomodating when they requested a room change for her 4 year old to be able to sleep in bed with them. 28 November 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by staff was responsive and the room was good We had an issue with window latch that was fixed quickly and efficiently. The downside of the hotel is lack of a small shop with drinks/snacks/toiletries. A bus to a drugstore, just doesn't get it. The restaurant is excellent. Enjoyed the food very much. 21 November 2013
