Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Property and Staff The staff are exceptionally helpful,friendly,and effective at their duties. Their attention to detail is amazing. The cleanliness in all areas of the resort is remarkable. The feeling of privacy in many areas of the resort is very appreciated and one of the best attributes of this resort. The affiliated dive operation on site offers exceptional service. The staff is very friendly and allowed much flexibility to our dive schedule during the week. They have a very professional group of dive masters with safety being the number one priority. 31 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxation Needed a few days of relaxation to ease the stress of a hectic work schedule. El Presidente was the perfect spot to relax and forget the world. The staff and facilities are first rate. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and eager to make your stay as stress free as possible. We had a very minor problem with our suite and when I asked the front desk about it, they immediately moved us to another, and upgraded, suite. I can recommend this resort unreservedly. 30 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by View of ocean is awesome We had a relaxing stay, swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. Snorkeling from the property is easy with a variety of fish to see. The spa was an awesome start to our vacation. The room was always clean but could hear the neighbors and we did experience a few nights of flying bugs. We loved our stay! 26 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Follow up month later We were welcomed like a VIP. Excellent room convenient to diving per request. NEW U.S.TV news stations now available in room. Restaurants better than ever...really good food and drinks. Room and facility are super clean. But , I am afraid to say.....Internet access is intermittent at best....even when sitting in biz center next to wifi gizmo. They need an upgrade badly. Hotel spends money on all other infrastructure...better than most Mexican luxury hotels. They should consider doing same with wifi. Every guest has a smartphone, iPad and assorted appliances. Management needs to upgrade. Blue Diamond across the sea in Playa has terminal in every room! If you're still working and need to be connected, RELY ON BUSINESS CENTER...two computers work well. 26 March 2015

All the restaurants are great but, taking advantage of the great weather, we enjoyed dining at the open air caribeno sea side restaurant the most 24 March 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Think twice before you book The room we booked was not the room we ended up with. The hotel switch our room it was the old section of the building. If you don't mind black mold in your shower and inside the windows. The hairdryer did not work. We were only given hand towels and bath towels. No face clothes. You must hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush. Only 1 chair to set on the balcony. The maid came at 5:00pm just when we were trying to shower for dinner. This was not the same quality of stay prior to this. We will not return to this place. The staff just did not care. 24 March 2015
