Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fair Hotel is a little dated. Food in lounge expensive but good. Phone in room did not work but was fixed by staff. Location in North Dallas a little far from downtown and airport so could be more convenient. Nothing worth walking to was close in what looked like an office park setting. 27 September 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cold shower, uncomfortable pillows and sand paper towels The shower I had was cold and my husbands was slightly warm. The towels were not soft at all, felt more like sand paper and the pillows on the bed were huge and hard as a rock. I would not recommend staying at the Dallas Parkway location again. 24 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service From the Check-in clerk to the Bartender, we were made to feel welcome. The staff were very service-oriented and treated us like welcome and valued guests. The bartender rose to the challenge of creating virgin mixed drinks and her interaction was the highlight of the visit. The food was prepared just right. All in all, a memorable stay. 24 September 2014

Its located within walking distance of our Corporate office (USPI) so I'm familiar with the staff. Only issue I have is that there are times where there weren't ANY rooms and unfortunately I had to stay at the Holiday Inn down the street. 19 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel but hot room My complaints stem from the air conditioning in the hotel room. It was hot in my room. After the first night I complained to the front desk. Someone adjusted the thermostat, which I had already tried, and the room remained hot. I slept very poorly both nights because of the room temperature. 19 September 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel with a Bad Experience This is not exactly on the hotel per se yet, my room 1101 had a bad guest a few doors down and my Dallas Chocolate Festival Package was unfulfilled. The bad guest was a smoker, left a pack of Winstons on the table outside the elevators on the hall table. He was in and out of the room all night long to smoke, complete with slamming door. At around 3:00am either the guest or room service dropped a tray, complete with breaking stemware or other glassware. The noise finally stopped around 3:30am. It was a horrific nights sleep. I thought the room was great, staff was great etc., just the inclusion of a bad guest ruined the experience. 17 September 2014
