Everything was really just fine with my stay but the elevators are extremely slow. Also, I had to keep reconnecting the wifi on my phone. The staff however was VERY friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with my stay, I was there with a conference and booked my reservation in advance. The original reservation was for a King Suite; however when I arrived, checked in and went to my room it was NOT a suite. I called down to the front desk and after putting me on hold and then having to call me back the manager said they are not sure what happened but that room was not available and never available at that rate! I couldn't understand how this was my fault or why I wasn't going to get my confirmed room. He said he would move me from the Handicap Accessible room I was in, but there wasn't one ready. So I proceeded to go downstairs for lunch and couldn't order off the regular menu! They only had a buffet with unhealthy selections. I went to the front desk and they were unaware of the restaurant issue but magically there was a room ready.
Overall not pleased with the service and the manager wasn't apologetic about the room and didn't really do anything to make up for the situation. I won't be returning.
