Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great reunion place This was a perfect location for our class reunion. The facility was perfect for our meet and greet, with the opportunity to move to a bigger room for dinner, dancing and catching up with old friends. The only negative comment is the open bar was too expensive: $9 for beer and wine. The food was adequate, but it was about the company and talking about the past. 17 October 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor accommodations and cleaning service not great My experience was so disappointing and the rooms were sub par. The first room I checked into had an overflowing toliet and stuff was coming out into the bathroom floor. Then they checked us into another room which someone had been smoking and it was not clean. The manager could do anything but gives us two drink vouchers. I will never stay at the Intercontinental in Dallas or recommend it. 17 October 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Difficulties with reservations tainted the experience Problems with the reservation system caused confusion for staff and guests that could not seem to be resolved. Onsite staff was pleasant and accommodating, but their failure to communicate with one another had me explaining the situation over and over, and although individually they tried to be helpful at the time, the same mistakes kept being repeated. The hotel is dated and is in need of refreshing. Mechanical noises made for unpleasant night's sleep. 16 October 2014
