Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 403 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall quality I had grandchildren with me. They were impressed with the experience and stated that it was the best hotel they have experienced. I used it as a teaching moment and told them to work hard and in the future be able to frequent nice hotels like the intercontinental. 15 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Very nice hotel. Room was clean and beds are really comfortable. Staff was friendly and consistently went out of their way to make you feel at home. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the suites failed to provide a refrigerator for you. Nice room with dinning table but no way to keep drinks cold. 14 October 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff, Room not cooled properly, toilet barely flushed I was very disappointed with this hotel. There is a huge disconnect between the price of the room and what you get at this hotel. The only thing high class about this room was the price. The room never cooled down even though I had the setting at 68. The water pressure on the toilet barely flushed. It is absurd for a room not have a mini-fridge available. The fridge had a lock and I was not offered a key at check-in. Also it took literally 10 minutes or more to check into the hotel. The wait staff at our catered lunch were very rude and would make zero in tips at a real restaurant. Also the television programming was not in HD which is ridiculous for a full service hotel. The last complaint is that you have no free local calls which is appalling since even at a low end hotel it would have been included in the room rate. It is bad enough to overpay for a room but then to be nickeled and dimed throughout the stay makes it even worse. 14 October 2014
