Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recommendable I have a nice view of the room. Nice bathroom, spaceable and comfortable. Pool and Jacuzzi are well maintained. Customer service staff are friendly communicating and immediately responded. I met Sharlon Rabacal & Katherine, they are both nice and friendly. The hotel is definitely recommendable. I bought my voucher thru privilege club and thru my referrals they told me that they will give me 4 free dining vouchers but sadness to say i did not get. The manager of the privilege club promised for that vouchers because i referred a lot and they got more customers buying within the same time i bought. When i got my voucher i was upset because i saw my voucher for the buy 1 get 1 night stay is for the Intercontinental Doha the City because as per my understanding that is for the Intercontinental hotel. But after i stayed Intercontinental Doha the City i was satisfied and comfy. 17 December 2014

The rooms are finished to a very high standard and are very clean. The service is excellent also. Decent coffee in the rooms would be a nice touch for such a nice hotel, rather than the standard Nescaffe. The health club facilities are amazing. 16 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good indeed but could be excellent This is the third time I reviewed this hotel and I have to say it is still one of the best that I have the pleasure of staying in during business travels. As time had gone by the hotel has become busier of course and all of the issues associated with being a new hotel (e.g. taxi drivers not knowing the location) have been resolved. Some of the early staff have left and have been replaced and things have settled down; I really could not describe the hotel as new now although in reality it is. Check-in is smooth and efficient, the staff are warm and welcoming. I’m recognized as a frequent guest and thanked for my loyalty. The rooms are outstanding, great size with huge bathrooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable although the pillows are a little soft. The staff in the Club lounge are wonderful, friendly and attentive and provide a great service to the guests even when they are busy. The hotel restaurant is good but the Prime Steakhouse is outstanding, one of the best in Doha and is situated in the hotel. The meals are not cheap but offer exceptional quality and value for money. The staff there are simply the best. The only downside is that there can be some noises in the rooms during the night, not from guests but from plumbing or mechanical equipment. I suggest the management undertake a survey of the rooms to identify those that have these issues and to resolve them. If that was done this hotel would be excellent but for now I rate it as very good indeed. 07 December 2014
