LOCAL CULTURE
PRACTICE YOUR SPANISH
Though English is used throughout the city, Spanish will be commonly spoken in most areas. Known as the capital of the America's, Miami has latin heritage running through her veins. Certain areas of the city such as Little Havana speak more spanish than others, but dont be surprised to hear other languages as well due to the diversity of the city.
PACK AN UMBRELLA
Miami has weather to envy in the winter and spring with arguably, the best weather in the country. During the summer you will have plenty of opportunities for fun in the sun however, be wary of our sudden thunderstorms.
TO DRIVE OR NOT TO DRIVE?
We as Concierge typically recommend car rentals due to the seperation between attractions in the city. Taxi's are a phone call away however, a cab from Intercontinental at Doral Miami to South Beach (SoBe) is approximately $45 one way. Contact our Concierge team for special deals on rentals, tours, and private transportation.
