Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recepcion Al momento de querer prolongar mi estadia por dos dias mas por motivo de cambio de mi vuelo, el personal de recpcion fue apartico no dandome apoyo, despues de mucha conversacion se me ofricio otro dia y que tenia que hacer la recervacion por internet lo cual considere adsurdo al estar yo presente en el hotel. Pedi hablar con un supervisor de recepcion me indicaron que no podia ser que no me podia atender. En verdad fui muy mal atendido ese dia por el personal, me ha pasado en otros casos que el hotel me busco disponibilidad en hoteles de la zona, me indicaron que no dan ese servicio, que no me podian solucionar el problema. 25 September 2014

The rooms are very clean and a good size and the hotel has good facilities although I only tried the gym. 22 September 2014
