I choose their brand as it aligns with my companies corporate mission but also due to the high quality of customer service I receive in the Executive area by Mr. Montes along with his collegues. Mr. Montes embodies the above mission statement which is evidenced by his seemless customer interactions that I have witnessed on numberous occasions. He is able to remain calm in high stress, demanding situations. Mr. Montes always anticipates my needs prior to my arrival and works to ensure during my stay that I have all of my business needs met. In this highly competitive market, I have multiple choices for accomandations though I will continue to choose the Intercontinetal Hotel and Resorts due to the the mulitple admirable characteristics Mr. Montes and his peers have displayed. The Intercontinetal Hotel and Resorts should be proud to employee a highly marketable staff that are a valuable asset to any corporation they choose to align themselves with. 23 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place the best that the one in Miami I always stay in the intercontinental in Miami this is much better great attention for ambassadors, with all the benefits not like others that don't even have a happy hour or ambassador floor, plus no parking fee. If you're and ambassador going to Miami stay at the Doral Intercontinental 23 December 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel but restaurant lets it down. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room first class but was let down by dinner in restaurant. We had dinner in restaurant ordered soup and angus burgers. The soup came and was excellent but before we had finished our soup our main course was put on our table - never had this in any restaurant before. The empty soup plates were never removed. The angus burgers were inedible and were sent back. We were offered an alternative but declined as we felt if they could not cook a burger what would an alternative be like. We were refunded the cost of the burgers later the next day. Our breakfast was excellent. What a pity the restaurant let the hotel down. 13 December 2014
