I would like to have some points for suggestion as below : 1/. toothbrush need three colours instead of two as easy to mix up if three guests and they will open a new one again and wastage more. 2. Training to staff need to strengthen as many newcomers 3. Guests if not behave themselves well at the lobby to put feet on the chair, hotel staff need to remind them, as this is top leader hotel in your group. I am very disguised of guest do that in the high public area like this. ( another hotels seems I cannot find this happened ). Beyond the above points, everything is fine here and really enjoyable here with everything and next time will try their buffet, but I have another suggestion if guests stayed at hotel can get discount too. Many hotels of your group will do that or choose Tuesday or Wednesday and so on for promotion. August 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It's An Intercontinental Special thanks to the front office person, Ms. Li who I feel is an example of good training and attitude. She was very helpful with my request and I am thankful to have met her. They upgraded me to a nice room, and the room was very nice. The bed as usual was heavenly and really enjoyed my sleep. One point of complain was the food offering at the coffee house. Had to wait for a while at the egg station as there was only one person manning the station. The food offering was normal and would expect a little more from Intercontinental. Service was slow, felt like the waiting staff was not trained to be on their toes. The managers there were doing their best to help out. Overall, another great stay. Thank you. July 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service and my feeling here Overall experience here is great as everyone is nice here, even here is commrical area more than tourist area, but nearby have an shopping mall AEON can do everything. Great for relaxation. One thing that I want to point out is the Concierge reatcion is a little bit slow. We cannot get any reply within 24 hours....sometimes even NO. Try to improve this and it will be the top hotel. Internet is fast here. Unbelievable. July 22, 2015
