Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs some renovation Room was in poor conditions. Everything looked really used and old. Bathroom was so small that you couldn't even close there door when staying in it. Bed was alright. Overall I'm not recommending this hotel for a nice, pleasant and removable stay. Location was ok. 01 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel well located top notch staff Took my partner here for his birthday. The staff at check in were extremely pleasant and helpful and offered to take the bags to the room and provided transportation details readily when we requested. Not needed as it was only a short stay. They very kindly placed a bottle of good champagne in the room at no charge as a birthday present. Nice touch. We upgraded to use the 21st floor Club. Only 50 Euros per day for two and good value as all drinks and meals free, had supper there twice- staff again extremely friendly. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds beautifully comfortable- fell asleep no trouble. The only small minuses were not enough tea in the room, no bathroom fan so it steamed up too quickly and being told the Club was closed when the letter of invitation said it was open 24 hours. Some of the décor needs updating. However these were small compared to the warm welcome and great service. 31 August 2014
