Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by very disappointed stay Booked 2 rooms with rewards points. 1 room with AMB and and 1 room with Spire. IC Alpensia was a very disappointed stay for us. This is not our first stay and I do not know if I want to return or not. Regardless of what IHG status you have, they do not give you any upgrade or anything on reward stay. This is the first time I was not upgraded in IHG hotel stays. The lady at the front desk kindly explained it and apologized. It is okay, I understand they do not have to give me an upgrade on reward stay but still, it is not a good start. WiFi never worked during my 2 nights stay. This was shocking to me and I could not believe it. This is not something I would ever expect in Hotels in Korea. The IT guy finally came up around 10:00 pm to see if I am doing something wrong, then he told me that he could move the room where WiFi works better?? Hello? Are you kidding me? Not only they did not give me an upgrade, they gave me the room where WiFi does not work??? The service at the restaurant was not good, we had 10+ dishes piled up and they never came to collect them. It was during the peak season and they were under staffed. Food was average, it was better when I came during x-mas. Alpensia IC was my 4th IC stay this year and defiantly the worst stay. But Massage at SPA was still excellent. AND I am still waiting for my 2X Points for F&B and incidental spending. August 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding staffs lead the best in quality It was a good trip for my family because of staffs at Alpensia. Especially, Mr. Kang who is a manager and in charge of front desk was so kind, which made my family so comfortable. Moreover, he recommended to us all place and restaurants that were memorable near hotel. Of course, other staffs are very friendly, which have us visit this hotel again in this month. August 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 新しくて清潔な部屋、一流のスタッフ 大変気持ちの良い三日間を過ごしました。 行ったことのない地域だったので、ベストなホテルに滞在した方が安心と思い、ウェブサイトから予約しました。しかしその後、訪問先の都合で日程を変更しなくてはならなくなり、ウェブサイトでは型通りなので、ホテルに日本語でメールをして何度かやりとりをし、スムーズに変更してもらえました。ついでに交通についても質問しましたが丁寧に説明してくれて不安が解消されました。 バスルームも快適、窓からの景色も完璧。 滞在中はチェックインからチェックアウトまで、何の不満もなく快適に過ごせました。 August 14, 2015
