Nous avions réservé une chambre avec des points ihg nous ne pensions pas qu'intercontinental réservait ses chambres les plus petites pour ses membres..... Quelle d��ception ! Peu d'espace, une salle de bain étriquée (il ne fallait pas être trop gros pour pouvoir s'asseoir sur le siège des toilettes !) décidément le programme de récompense à beaucoup changer ( en mal) depuis qu'il est devenu IHG

Couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my rewards nights! The room would never have been within my budget if I were actually paying for it, but was an absolutely amazing value when spending IHG rewards points.
While not in the heart of the city, the hotel is well serviced by public transportation. Not to mention, it's within walking distance of the UN.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Maybe the best this you can get here is the service. Very superior, professional and at the same time friendly. It is only the location, that can restrict me from coming here again. Otherwise, this is a true InterContinental experience.

I stay there 5 to 10 times a year and always again an excellent experience in athmosphere and Service; really the best place to stay near the UN in Geneva.

The hotel was totally comfortable and convenient. Food at both breakfast and dinner were memorable and delicious. My only concern is the price, which even for Geneva, is pretty high.

Generally very good hotel. Expensive, but so is all of Geneva. The bathroom was disappointing...very small overall, with a toilet that was set WAY too far in the corner. Would have been nice to have some eggs (other than hard boiled) on the breakfast buffet.

I would have thought that my previous stay comments regarding the unavailability of radio/music option would have been tackled. It is so easy to add 2 or 3 radio channels to the "complicated" and "not user friendly" TV system. On the positive side, my other comments from previous stay were positively redressed.
The sleeping experience is a bit disturbing: very hard mattress, hard pillows are very hard!, unavailability of an extra soft pillow, A/C literally not functioning and with "la bise noire" windows could not be open. Waking up, the Nespresso machine was out of order, also no Nescafe packets stocked.
Lighting system in the room needs a modification as it is not possible to light only 2 abat jour to have a relaxing ambiance.
