Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 宾客关系部超级给力 杭州洲际的宾客关系部真心超级给力,��次入住,都会提前沟通大致入住时间,对于入住房型的有啥特别要求,是否需要加床,这些看来是很平常的事但并不是每个酒店都能做到的。 这次由于和朋友一起入住,起初想和朋友安排在一个楼层,由于朋友定的是吸烟房,我定的无烟房,宾客关系部不厌其烦的帮我们调整房间,后来到达酒店后感觉还是原先给的房型比较好,又抛弃了朋友重新让宾客关系部安排了房间。各种麻烦,还是待我们如初恋。哈哈哈,给力!下周继续入住。。。 28 January 2015
