Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 服务人员素质亟待提高 硬件尚可,软件与洲际酒店应有的水准相去甚远。 预定到入住都没有提醒我这家酒店是升级了房型就不享受行政待遇,以至于在行政酒廊用happyhour的时候吃了一半过来跟我说我不享受这个待遇,核实之后让我签一张加钱的单子。。这种事事先应该告知我。 况且升级的所谓“豪华江景房”,只是我朋友之前住的江景房的景色,这都不是重点了。 房间空调auto模式声音忽大忽小很惊悚。确实有味道。 服务人员见人办事的“眼力价”真是好。。。。。好得我都不知所措了。。。。呵。。呵。。 September 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 房间清洁不干净 毛巾太硬了。 卫生间内放了一个香包,但香包的味道太刺鼻,一进门就闻到了,感觉不太好,建议更换其它味道,或者选择其它吸异味的物品。 当天有会议,但餐厅人员配备不足,点餐时等了很久,且很多东西没有,建议若出现大型会议接待,相关联的部门要做好准备。 前厅、礼宾、送餐服务都很好。 September 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by some suggestion I like to stay ihc hotels when I in either business trip or relaxing trip. and hangzhou intercontinental hotel is the best of best hotel I use to stay and share with my friends.the front desk staffs, the housekeeping service always give me unforgetalbe experience, they are professional and warm to all the guest.But this time I have some suggestion. 1. the breakfast. is looks no any change since the day 1. I am little a bit of tired for the same food of everyday. 2. the security. The front staff of your security in the ground parking area are really rough and refuse to provide the service to the customer. 3. the room. the room has some musty smells and I feel the quilt is damp. sorry if my suggestions are incorrect. thanks August 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 淋浴房���重漏水 這是一次洲際酒店最糟糕的入住。 晚上洗浴沖涼結束發現房間地毯及洗手間門口至房間門口門廊都是積水,仔細觀察,具體原因是洗手間地漏閉塞,沖涼下來的水來不及流入而溢出至整個房間。最為驚訝和神奇之處是翌日退房時反應漏水事宜,ihg俱樂部前台人員淡淡說我知道了,非常官方模式化的回答。令人失望至極連吵架的慾望都省略了。 事實上,我的抱怨不是因為漏水,而是對事件的反饋態度表示極其失望。希望杭州洲際可以給我一個滿意的答覆,這是一個金卡客戶的權利,也是希望ihg服務越來越好,因為愛你所以生氣! August 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 总体不错,餐饮还有提升空间 杭州洲际住宿客房服务各方面都很优秀。 不过个人觉得洲际的早餐跟其它连锁酒店相比好像稍微差了一点, 行政酒廊个人体验过holiday inn, crown plaza,觉得一般, 不知道洲际如何? August 22, 2015
