Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor service Overall it's a really disappointing experience. The hotel have nice facilities and the location is also great. However the service is poor and disappointing in many ways. 1.Due to the delay of the my flight, I arrive in the hotel quite late in the evening. The doorman just stood there minding his own business with his tablet. No one help me with my luggage or help to open the gate. Besides, also no one show me the way to the lobby only when I asked for the direction, they just point out the way to the elevator. 2.The front desk didn't greet me as the IHG rewards club Platinum Elite member and no greetings either for my birthday(though it's nor really that matter but I was greeted by the front desk in Holiday Inn Express BKK the day before.) I have one express arriving the hotel before my arrival, when I asked about it, nobody seems to know about this case but luckily I didn't lose it, I got it the next day. 3.the room I got from the hotel is large,comfortable and well equipped however the lavatory is very smelly and disturbing which makes me have to hold my breath when I use it. 4.the breakfast quality is ok though the juice is obviously nor fresh squeezed.the staff is only busy asking the room number than offer the guest with tea or coffee. Generally speaking, the good facilities is only one hand, the people are really the major factor to make a luxury hotel. To me the Intercontinental Hangzhou is still have a really long way to go. 10 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 游泳池貼心的服務員 這是第2次到杭州旅遊,2次都依然選擇入住杭州洲際酒店,入住期間帶小朋友到泳池玩水,遇上加熱器故障,所以水溫偏低,雖然如此,泳池的服務員仍細心的協助,儘可能的提供滿足我們的需求,如:主動拿毛巾置泳池畔幫小朋友裹毛巾,貼心服務從小細節即可看出酒店管理上有在要求。 08 December 2014
