The staff are outstanding - attentive, courteous and helpful. The GM (Mr McDonald) seems to know all his staff and guests and makes sure that your stay will be enjoyable. His staff seem to really respect him and recognise that he values them and the work they do.

As always on my regular business trips to Hanoi I stayed at this hotel for various reason one being the location and quietness away from the hectic and pollution of the city, and secondly the great attention from staff the minute you arrive until you depart.
The hotel itself however is starting to show its age and signs of wear and tear but still acceptable.

The staff was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. The food both in room and the restaurants were great. The only issue was me devices would not stay connected to the wifi

First, the greats. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and lovely pillows that will just bring you to dreamland in a minute.
However the room is too dark to do anything at all! i can't even see the desk looking for smaller items without opening the shades.
Then came the lunch buffet that came together with our conference on 17th July. While the food variety was awesome, your staff have not clue at all how to sit the guests. They should be able to see who are the organizers when the few of us are dress in the same business shirts. Yet they could ask me 'are we part of the Kramer group?'. I had to tell him sternly 'WE ARE the organizers!'. Then they quickly sit us a table. Otherwise they were telling us there was not tables available. Quite unprofessional on this portion. Please take note,
On the good note, kukos to Banquet manager Long and another manager, who help us re-arrange the ballroom on 16 July evening. And the service during the event itself on 17 July was great.
Also please extend my thanks to your staff from 'Instant service', i called asking if they sell the shower bath and lotion. This staff call back to tell me no they don't but he arrange to give me complimentary bottles, that is so personal and heart-warming. Please extend my appreciation to him. I was staying in rm 423, and called on 16 July night.

I'M USED TO STAYING AT 5 STAR LUXURY HOTELS SO YOUR HOTELS AND AMENITIES AND FURNTURES WASN;'T THE BEST.. HOWEVER, YOUR STAFF FROM THE DOOR LADY, BELL MAN, FRONT DESK, CONCEIRGE, AND ALL THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE THE BEST I HAVE EXPEIRENCED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY COUNTRIES AND RESORTS AND NOWHERE COMPARES TO YOUR STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME AND GREETED ME WITH SMILES AND WERE JUST EXCELLENT!! REALLY MADE MY STAY ENJOYABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN NOT FOR THE BUILDINGS OR ROOMS OR AMENITIES BUT FOR YOUR STAFF!!
