Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room not available on time I arrived just before 3:00 PM. Room was not available. I was told that it will be ready in 15 minutes. I was given a complimentary drink coupon and asked to wait at the lobby lounge. I waited until 3:30 and asked about the room. They apologized and gave me another drink coupon and told me just a few more minutes. I finally got to my room at 4:10 PM. 30 March 2015

It’s one of the only hotels I am visiting during my business trips where the staff remains the same. Some of them are as long working in the hotel as I am visiting it, very unusual in this industry. 25 March 2015
