Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hong Kong's Best Hotel In the past 3 weeks I have stayed at the Intercontinental Stanford Court Hong Kong twice. I was impressed with the hotel and the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff the first time, and I was pleased to see on my second visit that the staff recognized me and welcomed me back even prior to my check-in. How incredible is that!! The staff knowledge of the area and willingness to help exceeded many hotels I have stayed with, and I will continue to stay at this hotel as already I am a loyal guest. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not upto the mark of intercontinental brand Hi, This was my 2nd stay & same thing I noticed, while checking in, your front desk staff have a attitude which doesn't make anyone feel welcome. And than we order one paneer tikka and they served us stale food, it was atleast 1 week old & since my son is handicap and cldnt notice, midway I checked it was like rock and blue than I complained and in return in room dining manager or some body came with some curd , bread and juice and chocolate which I said we no need, but he said we cant cancel the bill so plz accept this and said sorry. I was speechless didn't knew what to say, here they are serving stale and bad food which can make anyone sick and can't cancel the bill. And I didn't get any ambassador benefits in the last 2 stays except a room upgrade and wifi. Not even a welcome letter. Will avoid your hotel for sure. 18 July 2013

Our flight from Manila was delayed for 6 hours and I called beforehand to inform them that we will be arriving after 12 pm. As I have a baby we were really very tired when we arrived and they upgraded both of our rooms when we checked in. The food was also very good great selection of breakfast buffet. 15 July 2013

Highly recommend to experience this hotel. By the way, there's a one star Michelin restaurant in this hotel for u to explore. 14 July 2013

I have stayed here about a dozen times over the years ... and now with my Asia markets expending, I am flying into and out of Hong Kong a lot ... this is a great place ... the staff are extremely attentive and helpful ... and the beds are great ... The breakfast of the hotel includes lots of food, such as smoke Salmon fish, pork, eggs, vegetables and so on. My Child liked kinds of honey and jam on the table, and he also liked the British morning tea. And the living room was very good and comfortable. In a word, we enjoyed the life in Grand Stanford Hotel very much. 03 July 2013

We have stayed at this property many times and is the only place to stay when you are in the area. If you want a memorable experience and first class service this is the place to stay. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful with directions, places to visit, an umbrella when it is raining. No request is too much and you feel like you are welcome and at home. 28 June 2013

I have always found the staff, particularly those working at the Club level, to be professional and customer focused. The location is great as are the views of the harbor. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My first experience as an Ambassador On request and because of the long term stays this journey I decided to become an Ambassador for a small amount that immediately rewarded itselves by an upgrade and other amenities as a late check-out free of charge at 16:00 hrs which was birlliant, being able to do some sight seeing / shopping resting and before my late return flight having a shower ,fresh clothing enabling me to have some in house dinner in the Italian restaurant (chinese restaurant again fully booked, but alternatively the Italian restaurant is also a very good choice). Excellent check-out service and immediate taxi transfer to the Airport. For more then 10 years I stayed in Hong Kong mainly with the Harbour Grand with in between short stays with other hotels like Park Lane, Kowloon Hotel and the Grand Stanford because of my business associates, but from now on it will be Intercontinental Grand Standford solely. Proud to be an Ambassador and will reccommend you at any time. 23 June 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything nearby is walking distance from the hotel including the victoria harbour. There are lot of eateries in the vicinity. The rooms were very comfortable. Being on the wheelchair I was provided with the accessible room. The washroom too was comfortable except that there was no leg space beneath the washbasin for wheelchair users. The buffet breakfast was excellent . The staff was vey helpful especially the concierge. I would surely choose this hotel again whenever I visit next time. Thanks . 14 June 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noise I come for almost 10 years to this hotel, for business. It was my favourite hotel in Kowloon for many years, I loved it. It looks that it moves to a "springbreak hotel" now - noisy, overcrowded, no personality! I do not mind people having fun, but I need my sleep to be able to work, and I can not affort to listen to drunken people shouting over the corridor the whole night - where was the security? ....I do not know. I like children, but I dislike families who run even after 2.00 am over the corridor, playing around, adults talk in front of my door - asking the manager to do anything was not successful, of course he offered me to change the room, but I had no time to repack. I am so disapointed that I have to find a new hotel, I felt really home away from home for the last 10 years - this is gone. 14 June 2013

The papers (UK tax forms) did not arrive, so now I am wondering whether they were sent at all. Unfortunately I did not take the name of the person on duty at the time. In addition the papers were intended to be sent registered post but I did not ever receive a copy of the registered details. 14 June 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good rooms and buffet breakfast -With recent renovations the old hotel is still up to standard. -Being little out of the shopping hub is good for cost but bad for convenience. -Breakfast is great make sure you include with the room at booking cheaper than paying at the restaurant. -minor habour view are worth the upgrade. 10 June 2013

When I entered the lobby to check in no one was there to help me carry my luggages instead I done it myself. So service not upto date 05 June 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Slip I got a bad start for the whole experience. I slipped and fell onto the ground when I stepped into the hotel lobby. It was rainning that day, but it had stopped when I arrived at the hotel. I did not realize the lobby marbel floor was wet anyway. The Manager at the lobby (I did not catch his name) ran over right away for assistance. But other junior staff (door-man, bell-boy and concierge) simply stood and watched. Luckily I did not get hurt. The experience got much better afterwards. I got a nice harbor-view room (with full payment), and the room service was also great. 26 May 2013
