This is the third time I stay, but as a member is the first. As in the past good hotel, the room clean, comfortable bedding, each of the staff are very polite. But this room WIFI is not stable enough, sometimes can connect sometimes cannot connect, IPHONE and iPad are such, I do not know what the reason. In short, a good experience,Next time, will continue to select Grand Stanford .

We hab a very nice stay in Hong Kong. IC staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect and polite in everything they did for us. Service at Club Intercontinental was exceptionally good. In Hong Kong you can go to a lot of good hotels and this is one of the best. Had a realy nice view from the room on our first day. Then it was rainy but hotel service still was great.

Enough space and comfortable two double beds.
Careful management and room clean service.
I'll choose this hotel when I visit Hong Kong again.

My first stay at the hotel was for only one night, but the experience was very impressive. I really appreciated the immediate help that I received from the hotel when I could not find my wallet right after my check-out. It might be left at the room, or the elevator, or the lobby, which I was not sure at that moment. William from the Concierge department reported my case immediately to the lobby manager Simon NG. They confirmed what happened with me, checked the video of the hotel, and double checked the bedroom. Finally we got our wallet back, in which there were IDs, bank accounts and cash. Losing the wallet was a surprise to me, and I am very very appreciative that the hotel staff helped me turned it into a good one. I would definitely recommend this help to anyone for its excellent staff and service.

rooms are very quiet, great service from reservation to get always requested rooms, I am coming since 1983 and have been always satisfied, great staff at reception, concierece, bar coffee shop and restaurant as well as porter! Fast check out, I have recommended this hotel already to lots of people;

This hotel has one of the best locations in Hong Kong. Combined with the luxurious comforts of the room and the very attentive staff, make it very good value for money as far as accommodation is concerned in Hong Kong.
The rooms are comfortable, well appointed with great amenities and the service is flawless.
My only issues are:
1. The so-called high speed internet is not so fast - in fact rather slow compared to similar hotels around the world.
2. The room-service menu is outrageously expensive. For example the caesar salad was priced at about $22 and consisted of iceberg lettuce, a few croutons and an egg. The other ingredients advertised were missing.
I would return - but avoid eating in the hotel and certainly give the room service a miss.

An unexpected chance, we booked the hotel in last minutes for 5 nights. And it was our first time staying in the InterContinental Hotel brand.
The hotel is in a very good location, with signature harbor view in our room. The hotel situates in city center, easy to access to underground transportation, ferry, and bus. But the room has no noise at all, we had good sleep. The room, linen and towels are very clean and new.
The staff provided good service, they answered our phone by calling your last name, and delivered things and room service quickly. Their services are at the level of 5 star hotel.
We had very nice stay in the hotel.

i booked 2 rooms under my corporate contract conditions for leisure as foressen in our contract. But on arrival we had the very bad surprise that the conditions were not applied to my parents!
we contacted another hotel who accepted without any problem our corporate conditions.
being a usual customer from Intercontinental, I will definitely remind this bad experience for my future bookings!!!

Had a nice 4 night stay.
Points for improvement consideration:
-Fresh fruits after first cleaning were wonderful. But, it stopped after one time. Why? Consistency would be great here.
-Concierge lacked enthusiasm
-Chaos @ check out area. People cut in unintentionally.
Please set up a proper line to make it clear.

Our stay was really pleasant and the buffet for Christmas was great. Everything worked out as good as expected and the service was excellent. The small detail that changed our experience was allowing us to take a shower a couple of hours after our check out previous to a 12 hour flight. I have never received these type of "caring" for the customer and really was a difference for us.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel has a convenient Kowloon location. The staff were very pleasant and quickly took care of any requests we made. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the harbor and the skyline. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

I like this hotel as all factors of hotel is fairly satisfactory for its fare. All restaurants, Japanese, Italian and Chinese are excellent. Almost of all staff are outstanding and efficient. Only too crowded lobby is negative point.

Just one tiny area I would like to point out; the morning newspaper cam a bit late for me. I checked outside of my room door twice, one at 06:45 and the other at 07:30, and no newspaper could be located. Too bad, I had to check out at 08:00.

I wouldn't say this is a luxury hotel. Things that should have been easy were not. The rooms are clean, the hotel is well taken care, and it is in a good location. For those reasons I would stay but not for exceptional service.

It was a good time staying at Intercontinental hotel. All staff are kind and helpful, my room was very clean and everyday they came to clean it up when I leave somewhere. Also, the location of hotel is very nice close to public transport, shopping and the Victoria Huber.

This is the fourth time I visit Hong Kong in this year but also the first time to stay at InterContinental. Overall speaking, this hotel is great at 5-star hotel standard. The room is clean and nice view, both bed and shower are super comfortable.
The young porter at the front door was very friendly and polite, made me feel welcome once I stepped into the lobby.
One thing I am not satisfied was I reserved two rooms with king size bed for me and friends. However on the check-out day I found two twin beds in my friends room (528). The front desk did not mention anything about this bed issue during our check-in, and my friends also thought this was the type of room I reserved for them so they did not bother to ask.
I am not sure it was a mistake or not, but when the room type is different than what I reserved, hotel should tell us at least and try to looking for other possible solutions. We did not get well informed at beginning and it was also too late for asking any changes at the end. All I can say that was the blemish for this stay.

Had a 3 night weekend stay and the service received was exceptional. Staff were open to arranging an 8am check in despite not being a RA. Location was fantastic - short walk to the MTR and major TST shopping areas. Definitely recommended.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, the club lounge staff bought me a card and were the first people to wish me a happy birthday. They also sent a cake to my room and I was given a couple of free drinks on the hotel. In my last few stays here the staff always outperforms any expectations that I have from a hotel of this calibre.

This is the first time I stay at the Intercontinental property in Hong Kong. The hotel upgrade my room but the room is not very exciting apart from the full harbor view window. The breakfast is very good. This time I will complain the house keeping service. I checked in the room in the morning and get the room in the early afternoon but they sent the room amenity at 20:30. It is too late for us. You should send the room amenity before the turn down service. This should not happen especially a hotel in Hong Kong.
