Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Great hotel, very clean and well managed, we had a very early flight and had to be away early , however they made sure we had breakfast brought to the room so we could eat before we left, and had a taxi waiting for us at the door. Fantastic Hotel I would recommend it to anyone , Also a great location rtight in the heart of all the activilties and a great view over Hong Kong island , I would have liked to stay in the Main Hotel right on the harbour although the price was far to much ,, However this hotel was as good in location and service 28 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Views Great Staff I stayed here for four nights in January 2014 with my mother and my six year old daughter. I found the staff to be absolutely wonderful very attentive to all our needs, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Our room was a Harbour view room it was simply beautiful, well presented, clean and an absolute pleasure to stay in. I would recommend your hotel to anyone going to HK and I will be back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 26 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel I was leery about staying at this hotel. I had read about the dated decor, and I did not want to find myself in a place that felt inadequate. Although I agree that the style of the carpets and pillows could use an update, everything else about hotel was wonderful. I was astonished by views from my room. The staff was hospitable, quick to help, and always attentive. The food was overpriced and a little lacking in flavor and substance. But the restaurant had a nice ambiance, and it was an acceptable experience, too. I used the metro to travel around while in Hong Kong. It was about 6 blocks from the hotel to the Central line -- a reasonable distance. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. 20 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good experience This is the third time I stay, but as a member is the first. As in the past good hotel, the room clean, comfortable bedding, each of the staff are very polite. But this room WIFI is not stable enough, sometimes can connect sometimes cannot connect, IPHONE and iPad are such, I do not know what the reason. In short, a good experience,Next time, will continue to select Grand Stanford . 13 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice weekend stay! We hab a very nice stay in Hong Kong. IC staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect and polite in everything they did for us. Service at Club Intercontinental was exceptionally good. In Hong Kong you can go to a lot of good hotels and this is one of the best. Had a realy nice view from the room on our first day. Then it was rainy but hotel service still was great. 13 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff and incredible service My first stay at the hotel was for only one night, but the experience was very impressive. I really appreciated the immediate help that I received from the hotel when I could not find my wallet right after my check-out. It might be left at the room, or the elevator, or the lobby, which I was not sure at that moment. William from the Concierge department reported my case immediately to the lobby manager Simon NG. They confirmed what happened with me, checked the video of the hotel, and double checked the bedroom. Finally we got our wallet back, in which there were IDs, bank accounts and cash. Losing the wallet was a surprise to me, and I am very very appreciative that the hotel staff helped me turned it into a good one. I would definitely recommend this help to anyone for its excellent staff and service. 04 February 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable hotel with top notch service This hotel has one of the best locations in Hong Kong. Combined with the luxurious comforts of the room and the very attentive staff, make it very good value for money as far as accommodation is concerned in Hong Kong. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed with great amenities and the service is flawless. My only issues are: 1. The so-called high speed internet is not so fast - in fact rather slow compared to similar hotels around the world. 2. The room-service menu is outrageously expensive. For example the caesar salad was priced at about $22 and consisted of iceberg lettuce, a few croutons and an egg. The other ingredients advertised were missing. I would return - but avoid eating in the hotel and certainly give the room service a miss. 28 January 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good city hotel An unexpected chance, we booked the hotel in last minutes for 5 nights. And it was our first time staying in the InterContinental Hotel brand. The hotel is in a very good location, with signature harbor view in our room. The hotel situates in city center, easy to access to underground transportation, ferry, and bus. But the room has no noise at all, we had good sleep. The room, linen and towels are very clean and new. The staff provided good service, they answered our phone by calling your last name, and delivered things and room service quickly. Their services are at the level of 5 star hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Worst booking experience / Less commercial competent staff i booked 2 rooms under my corporate contract conditions for leisure as foressen in our contract. But on arrival we had the very bad surprise that the conditions were not applied to my parents! we contacted another hotel who accepted without any problem our corporate conditions. being a usual customer from Intercontinental, I will definitely remind this bad experience for my future bookings!!! 03 January 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing special 作为洲际,整体评价一般。 酒店的地理位置很好,维多利亚湾的风景,在某些房间可以一览无余! 我住的积分兑换的,升级的房间没有海景,所以感觉住在这里也没有太多出彩。 但酒店房间还是享受到升级,所以,还是给与认可:有水果,有延迟退房。而且房间不小,在香港算不错了。但可惜的是没有浴缸,在香港本来就走了很多路,却不能泡泡水,颇为可惜。洲际如果每个房间都配有浴缸,相信会得到更多认可。 还有但可惜的是Club Lounge是付费,白金卡是没有用的。 所以,我不做太多推荐。 01 January 2014

Good points: -Nice beds -Great location -Very clean Points for improvement consideration: -Fresh fruits after first cleaning were wonderful. But, it stopped after one time. Why? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience Our stay was really pleasant and the buffet for Christmas was great. Everything worked out as good as expected and the service was excellent. The small detail that changed our experience was allowing us to take a shower a couple of hours after our check out previous to a 12 hour flight. I have never received these type of "caring" for the customer and really was a difference for us. 29 December 2013

The staff were very pleasant and quickly took care of any requests we made. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the harbor and the skyline. I checked outside of my room door twice, one at 06:45 and the other at 07:30, and no newspaper could be located. Too bad, I had to check out at 08:00. 26 December 2013

All staff are kind and helpful, my room was very clean and everyday they came to clean it up when I leave somewhere. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable but needs improvement This is the fourth time I visit Hong Kong in this year but also the first time to stay at InterContinental. Overall speaking, this hotel is great at 5-star hotel standard. The room is clean and nice view, both bed and shower are super comfortable. The young porter at the front door was very friendly and polite, made me feel welcome once I stepped into the lobby. One thing I am not satisfied was I reserved two rooms with king size bed for me and friends. However on the check-out day I found two twin beds in my friends room (528). The front desk did not mention anything about this bed issue during our check-in, and my friends also thought this was the type of room I reserved for them so they did not bother to ask. I am not sure it was a mistake or not, but when the room type is different than what I reserved, hotel should tell us at least and try to looking for other possible solutions. We did not get well informed at beginning and it was also too late for asking any changes at the end. All I can say that was the blemish for this stay. 19 December 2013
