LANGUAGE

The official language of China is Mandarin Chinese. However, there are a wide variety of dialects throughout China. Business English is mainly spoken in tourist centres (such as international hotels). There are marks, signs and logos in English in some Chinese cities.     Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 非常不错的洲际温泉度假酒店 选择住洲际完全是因为忠诚度过高~~~所以在服务与细节的要求上~~自然会和之前住过的相比~~ 总的来说还是挺不错的~~房内的私人温泉池很赞~~感觉酒店外部还在进行工程~~某些地方也有些残旧~~不过房间内还是不错的~~~中餐厅的东西很好吃~~特别需要表扬下那里的peggy~~谢谢她无微不至的服务~~ 需要批评的是club的质量。。食品和饮料的质量简直是惨不忍睹~~ 15 January 2015
    Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Services All staff are not experienced and unable to help, looks like young kids of around 20 years old. Poor understanding on the package that we reserved and it took an hour to settle the bill; unable to offer help in finding a transportation, either more than 3 hours waiting time for a taxi or at least US dollars 350 ride for hotel limousine even for a 40 mins ride (and not sure whether the hotel driver is available), leading to our cancellation of golf game nearby (the hotel golf course has been closed after we confirmed the package and we had no choice but to reserve other golf course). Poor food and over crowded in the restaurant (2 stars hotel standard) and no light at the pool side restaurant! Only merit is the Cafe staff offering warm services to guest, addressing guest request immediately and able to remember guest revisiting them. Unlike other Intercontinental or 5 stars hotels that we can find, obviously it is poor management and won't recommend anyone to this "Intercontinental". 09 January 2015
