I experienced great moment while i stayed in this hotel. All of the staff are so friendly, always smile and talk politely with me and also give a good assisstance whenever i need. The room is so cozy, big enough, very clean and tidy and also completely with free internet access. You never feel regret to stay in this hotel.

I think that at the pool level, ash trays should be cleant up more regulary . When you seat around the pool, nobody ever comes to see you and ask you if you need anything . The Pool is no man's land , this is the first time I'm seeing this.
When you are entitled for a late check out, you should not have to get back to the front desk because your card was disactivated at 1PM .

Great location and very good staff.
No problems were encountered during my stay.
The hotel has very nice amenities. Internet connection is fast.

For a 5 star hotel The Intercontinental Midplaza is in need of an overhaul.
Possibly the worst stay of any hotel ever.
Whilst the room was up to the usual high quality I expect of Intercontinental, I was completely dismayed at the total lack of interest shown by management to some serious issues I was presented with during my 12 day stay. If I had not payed in advance for the stay I would have left long before the arranged check out date.
The management at this hotel need some serious training with regards to Customer Service.
I have since thrown away my IHG membership card because I will not stay at another IHG hotel in future.
