Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total dissatisfaction I had the worst stay in Jeddah Intercontinental because of the following reasons: 1) ON July 2, there was no water in the washroom, had to shave using the mineral water bottle, could use the washroom and did not have a bath. A 5 star property without water is totally unheard. There should always be back up reservoirs available. 2) ordered breakfast in rooms and on both days the order served was wrong, on July 1 no has brown and on July 2 no bread served, 3) I requested English newspaper on July 1 Arabic newspaper was placed on my door on July 2 no newspaper was given. 4) Had dinner in executive lounge and food was cold and pathetic. I was told by the serving person that it was 7:50pm when I came to lounge and therefore the food quality is not the same as it would be at iftar time at 7:15pm. Not a valid answer. I think paying for the premium club intercontinental rooms was not worth it. July 3, 2015
