Altitude Tips

Jiuzhaigou is located in the high altitude area. Seniors should take regular medicine and hand carry Oxygen is encouraged. There is strong ultraviolet and sunlight in the scenic area. To protect your eyes and skin, do not forget your sunglasses and anti-ultraviolet cream.


Custom

Jiuzhaigou is located in Aba State Tibetan and Qiang Automomous prefecture. Please respect the local religion culture and custom.


Diet

The Scenic area is located in high altitude, tourist should avoid active sports, less alcholic drink and consume more vegetables and fruits.


Dress

The Scenic area is in the Mountain slope and make sure you have a pair of comfortalbe walking shoes. Huge temperature gap from day to night, warm clother are required.
