Is really feel like paradise after an exhausted walk at JZG. A nice place where you relax yourself like home.
The room is spacious enough for 4 of us. Simple & basic equip which is quite convenience. Heater system is great when the temperature outside is low. Able to enjoy the shower without worry about the water turn cold.
Most of the staff is friendly and polite. Thanks for the sweet smile and greet from the cleaner aunty too.
Definitely will recommend it to friends around me.

The lobby is gorgeous and the staff are very nice and well trained. Guo Zhuang dance is my favorite part!!! Everything is nice, except... the pool doesn't have warm water, no wifi at room, the air conditioner doesnt' work very well.

Paid an unbelievable cost per night for executive suite. Had called IHG Customer service to have a separate Rollaway bed in the suite for third person as we were arriving at midnight, and was assured that it will be so. But, after check in at midnight, there was no extra bed in the room. Had to walk almost 800 Meters to the room, and found the key will not open the room. Came back to reception, to get another key to finally open the door. was told the next day the Executive Lounge is not open. Was told to use complementary drinks/snacks in their bar. Went to the bar, they said our room is not on their list, so will not give us complimentary drinks. Finally got this sorted, was told they have no Juices, only soft drinks and tea/coffee. Was told we have to order the snacks from a short list, and will take 30 minutes for delivery,
I am a Platinum Elite member and have never seen such atrocious way of treating a client in IC Hotels, leave aside a Elite member. I was so turned off by the way the hotel treated us that I will probably make it a point not to go to the IC hotels any more. I stay at least 60 to 70 nights a year at Holiday Inn group of hotels every year. From now on, I am taking my business elsewhere. They can keep their Elite Status benefits.

Enjoy the exprience, room is special with furnace to keep ourselves warm at high altitude. The breakfast is a bit crowded, with so many guests here.
