No kids channel , toilet is so noisy. and finally, I still cannot really work out when a paid stay counts as "Non-Qualifying" stay. i'm really disappointed because no points were added to my PC. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay We stayed here the first time on our engagement travel, then on our honeymoon, when it was still Nikko hotel, and a few times after that. Now a few years had gone and I was pleased to recognize that my favorite KL hotel was now part of the IHG group and an Intercontinental Hotel. This place is full of personal memories for me, but it succeeds to fulfill every time also my expectations of a premium hotel stay. Wonderful facilities, attentive and friendly staff and service, great location and all in all it offers an excellent stay and top quality, luxury accommodation. 12 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel overall The location is great.The stay was great, just that the IPhone dock was not functional and obviously none of the housekeepers noted that the plug was broken.The panel attached tot he workstation was not functional at all. There is no point of having a malfunctional panel if it didn't work. The breakfast was of great combination, just that they needed quick replenishing and the lining up to the resstaurant could be a bit annoying as the restaurant was obviously short of staff. I had waited the longest time for a refill of my coffee after having requested from two different waiters. I bet the best is for the waiters to leave the guests with smaller pots of coffee when the table is occupied by more than two guests. Also, be generous with the toiletries as we were two men sharing a room, it is not common for me to share things with even a close relative, especially the room was booked for the occupancy of two people in two separate beds. When I checked out, there was no clear signage or whatsoever to indicate check-out or check-in. I wonder if club members are checked in separately. The person who checked me out didn't even greet me by name. I found this part rather peculiar. 09 October 2014
